I had an outstanding experience! Hiram was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed done with my jewelry. I explained that I had an event the following day and that the estimated completion time might be cutting it close. While I completely understood if it couldn't be finished in time, Hiram assured me he would do everything he could. To my surprise, I received a call the very next day—well before the expected pickup time! Hiram truly exceeded my expectations with both his customer service and commitment to delivering on his promise. My jewelry looked amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. 2 rings and a watch fixed / adjusted. Did an awesome job! My wedding band needed a fair bit to fit and customized and he did a great job. Custom fit a second ring and switched out watch bands for me. Did it all in 48hours. Price was reasonable to say the least. Will be back with more jewelry

He’s done it again!! I approached Hiram with an exclusive heirloom that my wife had inherited from her late mother. I explained out I wanted him to reshape the ends and add a piece to an existing well put together bracelet. This will be a gift to my wife as she has no idea about the gift she’s about to receive.
