Alex did my nails and they are gorgeous he fit me in last minute the people saying he wouldn’t see them are lying. The customer service I received at this salon was incredible; Alex and Kao were absolutely amazing! The best salon in Frisco ****Edited review***** I wanted to love this place because the customer service is amazing how ever after just one week from getting my nails done I absolutely hate my nails. The top of the nails looks great but my real nails were not trimmed so you can see thic glue and my real nails under the nails making my nails look gettho. It’s been a week and they’re already starting to lift catching in my hair. This was absolutely not worth $105 plus $35 tip sadly. I went back the day after to get them reshaped and ask if he could clean under the nail bc you can see the glue, he did a quick pass but did not remove any of the ugly glue residue.

I got my nails done for a wedding and 5 nails popped off within 3 days of getting them done. I was offered a 20% discount for a fill or I needed to get them fixed within 7 days of service. With my dissatisfaction I was offered to get them fixed within 11 days of service since I was out of town for a wedding which is why I got my nails done. I understand businesses have certain policies and the lady I spoke to tried to be accommodating, but I would have preferred a refund or even a partial refund that I originally had asked for. Which I was told I could not since they had paid the employee who just happened to quit. ****EDIT to owner’s response: Please don’t assume I was home and trust your customers. I was in a hotel for two pictures. And in one picture I was at my parent’s house. As we spoke on the phone I told you I was in a wedding for my friend out of state back home where I’m originally from. And like I said I explained all that you offered, but it would’ve been ideal to at least have a refund considering I paid for something that didn’t even last a week. I understand that you offered me solutions which is what I explained in my initial review. I just was unhappy with the offers.

Me and my daughter stumbled upon this nail salon and had an amazing experience. We both got nexgen manicures and love them so much. John and Jenny did a phenomenal job, I highly recommend them! I will definitely come back for my next set! 💅 …

Have been going to Michael and T for years. They give great manicures and pedicures, they look great and last a long time. Really good ownership and management staff as well.

AMAZING, the results speak for themselves. The customer service was so good, they were so patient with us being a party of five and did amazing work. They never made us feel rushed even though people were coming in quickly - I appreciated that since we were coming in to get wedding nails done. 5 ⭐️
