Cafe de L'Asie is an Asian fusion restaurant at 100 W Main St Ste 105 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (73102). It offers a downtown spot for a meal that can range from a bun and fries to a bowl with rice, vegetables, tofu, or seafood. Customer reviews mention a varied menu with several distinct flavors and spice levels, making the cafe an option for people who want something beyond a familiar standard order. Its listed hours are 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day of the week, so it may suit lunch, dinner, or an early evening stop while in the area.
Buns and bowls are among the dishes guests describe. One reviewer singled out the Fried Shrimp Bun for its spicy flavor and well-cooked shrimp, and also enjoyed the Honey Sriracha Chicken for its tender chicken and satisfying breading. Chicken and shrimp buns with fries were another guest’s choice, paired with taro tea. For a rice-based meal, the Kung Pao Tofu Bowl drew a positive comment about its generous portions of tofu and zucchini alongside rice. These specific experiences offer a useful starting point for guests deciding what to try, while individual tastes and meals can vary.
The reviews also mention a Mongolian Salmon Bowl, Beef Stew, Char Siu Chicken Bun, and taro tea, giving a sense of the range people have found on the menu. Feedback is not uniformly positive: one guest found the beef stew extremely salty, while another described a bun as only average. That mix of comments makes it sensible to read recent reviews and choose according to your own preferences, particularly if you have a specific spice or seasoning preference. A reviewer also noted that ordering by scanning a code at the table was easy; this is one reported visit, not a guarantee of the process on every occasion.
Cafe de L'Asie has a 4.5-star rating from 459 reviews in the supplied business information. Guests have described friendly, patient staff, and one hotel visitor said staff recommended the cafe. Together, those details may help travelers, downtown workers, and local diners considering a convenient stop for buns, bowls, or a drink. The address places the restaurant on West Main Street in central Oklahoma City. Whether you are craving spicy shrimp, a tofu-and-rice bowl, or a quick meal with fries, Cafe de L'Asie offers several choices to consider; check current details before visiting if you need to confirm menu availability or ordering options.

Everything started nice however it kept slowly declining. We got a Fried Shrimp Bun, the best thing we got! We love the spice and the cook of the shrimp. The Honey Sriracha Chicken was next best. The Chicken was not overcooked and good breading to meat ratio. The Char Siu Chicken bun was mid. Semi lacking in flavor. My husband's pork belly banh mi reminded him of a pulled pork not pork belly. He wished there was pate but he said it was a 7 out of 10. We could have done without the chicken cheesesteak egg roll. But the real Debbie downer was the bulgolgi lettuce bowl came with unwashed-dirty lettuce, the grease at the bottom of the bowl was overwhelming but I am sensitive to excess grease.. We requested another and they still came out with some gunk on it. Plus the Boba was either severely over cooked or old because of the squish. Overall, the concepts and ideas were great, but I'd say need may assistance with execution.
I stopped by today to try out the Kung Pao Tofu bowl as I had a craving for something different. You certainly get your fill for the cost and the meal was good! A few notes: Plenty of Tofu to have with a bite of rice. The same can be said for the Zuchinni pieces. I enjoy spicy, so I'll rate this mild to moderate. It does mingle on your tongue though. Just a bit more sauce would be nice! All in all, great meal for the price and quick to get it out to me!
Recommended by the hotel staff. I had the chicken and shrimp buns with fries. It was warm but delicious. A Taro tea finished it off and complimented it well.
Late night hunger drove us to this nearby Cafe for a quick fix. Liked the easy process of ordering food by scanning barcode at table. However, food was only acceptable. While Mongolian Salmon Bowl was up to standard. My Beef Stew was extremely salty, I needed to drink plenty of water all night long.
What caught my eye at Cafe De Lasie was the promise of delicious pork belly buns—a must-try for any fan of the dish. I was pleased to discover that they're a partner with American Airlines Dining, which made the visit even more appealing. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and patient as we made our selections. We decided on the 6-pack of buns and the cheesesteak eggrolls to get a good feel for their menu. The location is great, situated on a corner right across from a parking garage, with some paid street parking available. The buns were the star of the show. We tried a variety, and the honey Sriracha chicken buns were the absolute favorite. The flavor was incredible—just the right amount of heat from the Sriracha, balanced perfectly by a hint of honey. The pork belly buns were also flavorful and satisfying. While the shrimp and tofu buns were decent, I wasn't a fan of the sauce on the shrimp. However, I'd recommend skipping the cheesesteak eggrolls. They were extremely greasy and didn't live up to the standard set by the buns. The next time I visit, I'm definitely going straight for a full order of the chicken and pork belly buns. I also noticed the bowls on the menu and they looked delicious, so I'll be sure to give one a try next time, too. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back for more of those amazing buns!
