Cafe Luna On Kennedy

I’m SO happy I found this little gem! I was craving a hearty but healthy breakfast and came across Cafe Luna’s breakfast bowls, and wow… this did not disappoint. I ordered the breakfast bowl with grilled chicken and it was absolutely perfect. The portion was generous, the chicken was outstanding, and the fresh pico and salsa added the perfect little kick. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I also got a cortadito and it was SO damn good. Seriously, wow. ☕️ The staff was super friendly, there was plenty of seating, and the cafe has such a nice, cozy ambiance. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood spot I love discovering. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Cafe Luna is a really nice hidden spot for breakfast, especially if you’re looking for something fresh and filling. The breakfast burrito was delicious, and the homemade hot sauce added a great kick. The coffee was also very good, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The cafe has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy a quiet meal. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit, and the service was efficient. It’s tucked inside an office/business plaza, but once you find it, it’s definitely worth stopping in.

My boyfriend and I were staying nearby at Hotel Alba and wanted to grab a quick bite before heading to the beach, and we are SO glad we stopped by Cafe Luna! We decided to share the breakfast burrito and both got lattes. He ordered the hot caramel latte, and the presentation was honestly the cutest thing ever. You can tell they really care about the little details! The breakfast burrito was the perfect size to share, but the real star was the salsa served on the side. It was AMAZING. They make it fresh and homemade, and it was so gosh darn good that we actually bought a jar to bring all the way back to Kansas City with us. Honestly, we didn’t even get any pictures because the food was so good we completely devoured it the second it hit the table. Not to mention, Viviana was incredibly kind and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. If we’re ever back in Tampa, we will absolutely be coming back!

We had an exceptional breakfast at Café Luna on Kennedy. Don’t let the location fool you — this place is an absolute gem. We’re visiting from New Jersey and just happened to stumble upon it on our way to the airport, and it ended up being the best meal we’ve had all week. We ordered two breakfast burritos — one with sausage and one with bacon— and both were outstanding. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and clearly made fresh. Our son had the ham and cheese on a croissant and even that was fantastic. The croissant was fresh and buttery, and everything tasted top quality. Even the homemade hot sauce was top notch and took it to another level.
