It was okay. The music was quite loud and the T. V. was too high up by the ceiling making my neck hurt to watch it. Also would've been better if they had a show playing where you didn't need to hear it to understand what was going on. Like funny fails or something. They did a good job on my nails, leveling them and making sure they weren't all lumpy how most places make them. Would've been better though if she couldve told me she couldn't draw fire on the end of my nails, I would've just left them straight black. But oh well. She was sweet and the staff was really nice and friendly. I would suggest tearing out the front wall when you walk into the building though, behind the counter to create a more open floor plan and a brighter atmosphere. Or possibly install some sky lights to let some daylight into the building? Only a suggestion though, don't take it to heart. Thanks also for accepting me as a walk in. A lot of places require you to have an appointment set, SO THAT DEFINITELY IS A MAJOR BONUS ABOUT HERE! Keep up the great work y'all!!
My sister and I were walk in appointments on a Saturday and were helped right away. The nail techs are super friendly and very skilled. I asked for a stiletto shape which can be hard to get right, and I am very happy with my nails. I will be back the next time I'm in San Antonio.
Han has been my nail technician a few times now and she always does an amazing job! I’ve been with 3 other technicians and they’ve all given great service. The salon is decently priced as well.

The staff were not friendly. My nails chipped after 48 hours, and I have tiny cuts (those that burn and hurt) on three fingers (see pictures of my fingers with tiny cuts) because the nail technician was careless with the nail filer. Also, the design I chose was not well executed. The shape and thickness of the nails were ok. It was my first time there and I had high hopes since it is near home. Unfortunately, I am not going back.
