CANDLE NAIL SPA RICHARDSON

Ive been trying different nail salons, and ive probably gone through 4 before finding this one. I called ahead of time to ask about pricing and they were very upfront which is great. I had called 2 more nail salons after just to make sure I had made my choice, and both of them either couldnt give me numbers or were a bit short with me. So naturally, I called them back just to let them know I was coming in. When I came in all the staff were smiling, and they immediately sat me down and asked what I wanted. They were still very upfront about the pricing and they explained the charges very well, as well as gave me a physical ticket for the bill before she started. Huge green flag for me. She did a fill on my almost 4 week old nails and totally fixed them(length, shape,design). One of the staff asked me if I had any questions to let them know, and informed me that all the staff is very talented. Honestly I believe it! She was done in like 45 mins and did a beautiful job. I am so happy with the outcome and I wish I remembered to get her name so I could give her a shoutout. She made my day and I cant stop looking at them :D

Tammy is that girl!!! I’ve never had dip this smooth and strong. Noah and Mimi - the owners, are so attentive and present. My new home nail salon. *also has a pedicure two weeks ago; by Tammy. Regular polish, still no chips.*

First time getting dip on my natural nails. I love them so much! They are very durable and still look awesome four weeks later (minus the growth). I wish I knew the name of the girl who did them for me… would definitely ask for her again!!

The first time I came here on a Friday and ended up leaving decently happy until I got home and realized one of my toe nails was flooded at the cuticle with polish. By Sunday 2 toes had chipped polish (1 I later found out had a chipped nail). I came back today to get it fixed and this is how I left (with a bloody toe). Will I be back? Absolutely not. Was it worth the price? Absolutely not. The 2 stars are strictly because they were willing to fix the mistake. But $69 (for a gel pedicure) and $25 in tips later…..I left feeling like I wish I waited for my regular nail tech to have availability. Nice atmosphere and they do offer drinks, but the quality of work was subpar at best.

Updating because Katie is amazing and they not only fixed my nails but kicked it up a notch 😭🥰 Thank you!! I couldn't be more obsessed. They already feel sturdier on day 1. Idk I have never had dip nails feel like they are about to pop off before? Its also the first time I have gone with a friend and been completely distracted. My first time here, recommended by the friend that joined me. I asked for a heart on one of my nails and she said uh huh and never did it. (I added my own gold stickers after) My pinky nail missed an essential coat it seems. Told her they were too long twice and I still had to file them down when I left because I didn't want to tell her a 3rd time. I wasn't even going to leave a review but now my nails are close to popping off apparently, video attached. These were done 4 days ago. $128 BEFORE tip 😭
