Holy shit this place is good. Been here more than 4 times now. Every single time, the food hits. The creativity with the drinks. The colour of the matcha. Cannonball cafe is truly one of, if not, the BEST cafe I’ve been to in Boston. The staff is also so sweet and nice , giving the best recommendations. I absolutely love this place and am so glad I’ve moved closer to it. 10000/10 recommend.
Cute and quaint coffee shop. Visited on a sunday morning around 10am and it was slightly busy but not bad. Ordered their PB&J iced Latte and even though I am not a fan of sugar, this was actually very delicious and satisfying. I would def order it again. I also got their sausage wrap, OMG it was delicious. Very big portion as well. Has a few seats inside and seating outside on their patio as well. They have a quiet room for those who need to get a bit of work done. Overall, great cafe and location. Would def return if im ever in the area again.
If I lived near here, I would be here every day! The Cannonball special breakfast sandwich was messy but incredible, and the Figgy Piggy was also tasty. I loved the diverse, fun menu — the seasonal honey cornbread latte was just OK with not much cornbread flavor, but my friend’s seasonal peaches and cream latte was incredible. The drink menu was HUGE but the food really impressed me! The cinnamon bun was tasty, too, with vanilla bean flecks in the frosting. This place was super crowded on a Sunday morning but we found seating outside! Their matcha also looked incredible, and I hope to try it one day! Totally hope to return!!
Not a Southie resident but this might be one of my new favorite coffee shops in the greater Boston area. I had the green apple lemonade and asked them to make it into an Arnold Palmer and it changed my life. (Not being hyperbolic) 10/10 service and a delicious breakfast sandwich as well. Will be coming back.
The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good and the matcha is okay, I got the blueberry one and overall it taste good it is just a little watered down. The place is cute and the terrace is great. The pastries are also really delicious
