I booked a simple wash and style, and somehow walked out feeling like a whole new person. From the moment I sat in the chair, everything felt elevated -the attention to detail, the care in the scalp massage (honestly, next level), and the way my stylists, Khrystal and Hilda, really took the time to understand how I wanted my hair to look and feel. The wash itself was incredibly relaxing-perfect water temperature, high-quality products, and zero rushing. And the style? Absolutely flawless. My hair had volume, shine, and movement that lasted well beyond the day. I kept catching myself in mirrors thinking, "Okay... who is she?!" What really stood out was how effortless they made it look while still delivering such a polished, professional result. It didn't feel like just a service it felt like a full experience. I attended a wedding later in the day and the style held up beautifully and I received many many compliments. Keep in mind I have 3a hair so it’s hard to find someone who can make a blowout last when you have a curl. 10/10

I had such a relaxing facial experience at the Career Academy of Beauty. I had the pleasure of getting my facial done by Lenen Lor. As a student esthetician, she was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my skin concerns while making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She helped me understand the different types of facials and provided a recommendation based on my skin needs. Together, we decided on the signature facial with pumpkin enzyme peel. The facial itself was so refreshing and relaxing. My skin felt hydrated, smooth, and glowing afterward. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness, care, attention to detail, and supervision provided during the service. Overall, it was an excellent experience at an affordable price. I left feeling refreshed and pampered, and I would definitely return again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality facial experience while supporting students in training!

Decided to stop by to try a haircut with Marilynn Cervantes and ended up loving my results. I now come here weekly for maintenance to look great due to the low prices and welcoming staff. On top of that, the hygienic discipline of this school is top notch. They know that clippers must be cleaned after every use. One thing I get offered here that traditional barbers don’t do is an after-cut hair wash which includes shampoo and the proper amount of conditioner. Marilynn’s service is notably professional. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes pride in making sure her clients leave looking their best. There’s a reason she’s almost always booked but get her next available day!!
