Her dedication, kindness, and expertise have made a tremendous difference in my mother’s healing process. She is reliable, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Extremely Disappointed With This Company’s Lack of Professionalism I would not recommend this company based on my experience trying to arrange care for my mother, who has dementia. My mother was referred for several services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, assistance with bathing, and skilled nursing. Unfortunately, the communication and scheduling have been extremely unprofessional. The physical therapist called one day and said she was going to arrive in approximately one hour. No appointment had been scheduled with us, and we had no prior notice that she was coming. I explained that we were not home and would not be available until Thursday. She then said she could come on Monday. I agreed and specifically made arrangements to be home and wait for her. When I asked what time she would arrive, I was told that she could not provide a time and would call me on Monday. On Monday, my daughter and her children wanted to take my mother out to eat, but we stayed home because we were waiting for the physical therapist. We waited all day, until approximately 9:00 PM, and she never called and never showed up. Today, the therapist left a voicemail stating that she had already spoken with my mother and that it was her understanding that my mother wanted her daughter to be present. This is not accurate. She never spoke with my mother. My mother has dementia and does not handle telephone conversations regarding her care independently, so I am the person who should be contacted to coordinate her appointments. When I called the company to try to get clarification and resolve the situation, I found the entire process confusing and poorly handled. There has been a serious lack of communication, scheduling, and professionalism. I understand that healthcare providers can be busy, but patients and their families still deserve clear communication, scheduled appointments, and basic courtesy. We should not have to spend an entire day waiting for a healthcare professional who does not show up or even call. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to families who need reliable and professional home healthcare services.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Nurse Ren, who has been caring for my mother. From the very beginning, she has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that truly sets her apart. …

I had a medical emergency that required major abdominal surgery, a lengthy hospital stay and time in rehab. I was discharged with a large open surgical wound and ileostomy. I was so fortunate to be referred to Caregivers Home Health. The initial visit was arranged by rehab for the day after my discharge. The main office was very responsive and followed thru with any needs I had. They were so helpful when I had an issue with my insurance. I cannot speak highly enough of my nurse, Ren Perez. Three times a week for about 7 months, she cleaned and dressed my wound as well as provided ostomy care. Ren was professional, compassionate, and friendly. She was always punctual. Ren never rushed while treating me. She was so patient with answering any questions and responding to any concerns. In the early days, I was quite fearful and anxious regarding my situation. Ren was truly a source of comfort for me during that time. She was caring and empathetic towards me. I struggled with the ostomy alot, but she always had an idea or a new product to help with the issues I had. With her patience and teaching, I was able to adjust and can comfortably take care of the ostomy on my own. Ren was like family to us. There really are not any words to describe what she means to my family and me. I also want to mention another nurse, MaryAnn Arcilla, who took care of me temporarily. She was so kind and professional. I was very comfortable with her. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Caregivers Home Health!
