Caring Savvy

Overall, my experience with Caring Savvy has been extremely positive. Everyone has been caring, responsive, and willing to help in ways that go well beyond what I would expect from a caregiving service. The caregivers have been conscientious, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated. They have done much more than provide day-to-day care. During my move, they helped pack boxes, prepared my meals while we were packing, and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Their willingness to help with tasks outside the usual scope of caregiving meant a great deal to me. I would especially like to recognize one caregiver, Coco. She has become like a member of my family, and I consider her a true friend. As I prepare to move to another state, I am saddened that I won’t be able to continue seeing her. She has made a lasting impact on my life, and I will always be grateful for her kindness, compassion, and friendship. I also want to thank Joanne and Yvonne, who have both been responsive, dependable, and very helpful throughout my time with Caring Savvy. I am very pleased with the care and support I have received, and I wholeheartedly recommend Caring Savvy to anyone looking for compassionate, professional caregivers.

Pauline is a wonderful and very caring caregiver. She worked with my relative who is older and living with a motor neuron disease. She helped out with ADLs, feeding, bathing, toileting, grooming, range of motion and massage. Pauline is warm and lovely to be around, I highly recommend working with her!

I’ve always had very positive interactions with Pauline. She consistently goes the extra mile for her clients, and to me, that is true compassion in action. As the Director of Caring Savvy, she reflects the kind of leadership that gives me confidence the rest of the team shares the same level of care and dedication. I would not hesitate to refer clients to them.

The love, care & support provided by Pauline, Esther and the other staff was second to none. Although resistant at first, my fiercely independent sister came to relish the attention and pampering. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing home care.

Pauline was very helpful when my husband had his second total knee replacement. She is very personable and carried out all tasks with a cheerful attitude. Our only complaint is she was often late. Otherwise, she was a terrific aid in his recovery.
