I have been going to Jaclyn for my manicures and pedicures for many months now. She has done a wonderful job every single time, and I appreciate how she does not overlook the smallest details. This place is quite large and beautiful and clean inside. They give you free drinks and snacks during every visit, and they seasonally rotate their special drink offerings. The staff are all very friendly, and while I’ve only ever gone to Jaclyn, all of the other nail technicians seem to do great work as well. I have never had a bad experience here, and I plan to continue to get my nails done here for the foreseeable future.

I did gel manicure & pedicure with Zen & Flora pedicure. Service was excellent. Everyone is nice and friendly. The nail tech is very attentive and detailed. I don’t feel rush at all even it was getting busy. Before starting the service, they even offered you complimentary drinks which you can choose with choices which it actually tasted pretty good aka I got Spicy mango w/tequila (: One of the best nail salon in the area that you shouldn’t miss it. Definitely go back again 💗

Claire at Casabella Nail Salon in West Falls Church is unmatched! The whole experience is relaxing and pleasant, the salon is clean and the complementary beverage is a fun little luxury. Claire is creative and a true artist. She listens to my vision and understands my personal aesthetic. But what’s more, she cares about the health of my natural nails. By using builder gel, I have been able to consistently get my nails done for the past seven months while my natural nails have remained healthy. I’m so grateful to Claire for helping me find a process that works for my nails.

This is my go-to nail salon! I’ve been coming here for the past few months, and every experience has been amazing. The entire team is so talented and welcoming. My friend and I always go together, and we’ve loved our experiences with Jaclyn and Linh — they’re both fantastic! On my most recent visit, I had an appointment with Claire, and she did an incredible job ❤️ . My nails turned out absolutely beautiful every time. Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The gentleman who did my nails did an amazing job. It was actually his first time working at this location, and you would never have known because his work was beautiful and he paid great attention to detail. What really stood out to me was the customer service. One of the nail techs offered me Thai tea and a snack, which was such a thoughtful touch, and both were delicious! The salon was very clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with had a smile on their face, which made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. Overall, the combination of excellent service, talented staff, and a warm environment made this a great experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to others!
