I’ve been coming to this salon for a while and really wanted to love it, but after several chances, I think I’m done. I’ve had great results before, which is why I kept returning, but the inconsistency is just too much. I get structured gel manicures because they should last longer, yet my nails often start lifting within days. I’ve reached out twice for fixes and never received a response. On top of that, my appointments are often switched to different techs last minute without notice, which is frustrating when I book specific people for a reason. For reference, Nghi is amazing for manicures and Jade does incredible pedicures. When I see them, I leave happy every time. But today’s appointment was a total miss. Uneven shape, bulky unnatural looking nails, and nothing like what I asked for. I asked for square with slightly rounded corners. Which she nailed at first and I approved of the shape until she got file happy and took off more than what was needed after the builder gel was on. There was no repairing the mistake. I’ve attached photos: the darker nails are Nghi’s work, and the lighter ones are from today. The difference is night and day. I’m giving 2 stars because the salon is clean, polite, and great for pedicures, but the lack of consistency and communication is not it.

I’ve been seeing Ellie for 3+ years, and when she opened CeCe House of Nail Art, it was truly a game changer! She’s so intentional with her hiring and has built the most amazing team of talented artists who share her eye for detail and creativity. I’m super particular about my nails and Ellie perfects them every single time! 💅🏼 The salon is so chic - it gives total Japanese/Korean nail salon vibes and feels like a mini getaway for relaxation and creative inspiration. My daughter and I love coming here together - it’s truly our favorite nail haven. She’s a little creative herself and loves getting her nails done by Nghi, Kelly, and Ellie. They even use non-toxic gel products made specifically for kids that last beautifully without damaging their nails! I’ve also had my nails done by Kelly, Sylvia, Nghi, and Viola, and they’re all incredible. Viola recently talked me into trying a tortoise shell set that I’m FALLing 🍂 in love with! This place is always buzzing (for good reason!), so definitely book ahead. From their artistry to the premium Japanese products Ellie handpicks herself, CeCe House of Nail Art never disappoints! 💖✨

Ellie at Cece House of Nail Art is fantastic. My structured gel manicure was beautifully done with amazing attention to detail—clean lines, perfect shaping, and a smooth, glossy finish. Ellie is friendly and warm, and she offers thoughtful suggestions with great taste when it comes to color selection. The studio itself is clean, cute, and comfortable, which makes the whole visit relaxing. Highly recommend!

I spent total with tip $165. The owner just kept saying the same thing over and over again that the price difference from my first set was because it wasn’t as complicated. This set did not look great and the artist was 20 minutes maybe even more late to the appointment. My friend had a cat eye done and she also never came back because the price did not match the work done. Here were the nails and the inspo. Again, was charged so much because the design. The first set took longer and as everyone can see from the pictures that the nails are not great. The owner told me thanks for going to cece nails and dismissed me THEN she offered $20 to which I didn’t answer because she already dismissed me as a customer. They don’t even take into account showing up late, but if I was late to my appointment then what? So frustrating.
