My previous insurance company Progressive put me in a bad situation by paying two suspected fraudulent bodily injury claims without doing any kind of fraud investigation. No damage to claimants’ truck and only a crack just below my hood. A BUMP. Progressive paid the claims at nuisance value for very small amounts and put a MULTI-INJURY AT FAULT accident on my CLUE Report and doubled my premium, from $101 to $220! I searched for small independent insurance brokers and found 3 and sent each one a long text explaining the situation Progressive put me in by inaccurately and grossly misstated why the claim got paid. Frank at Central Plains Insurance Agency was the only one who responded to my text and and told me they can help me and even discussed my issue with an underwriter at GEICO and got me a premium of $108 a month, $7 dollars over my original premium i had with Progressive. He went above and beyond to get me that monthly premium. And did his very best to help me and so did his wife. And i am so grateful for their consideration and compassion for my plight. Frank and Sarah are awesome and they actually care about people. And did a fantastic job. And is the best insurance broker i have ever had. Highly recommended.
