Operating daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the shop caters to shoppers, busy families, and foodies looking to pick up genuine specialties crafted with care and time-tested recipes.

As the name suggests, the star attraction at the counter is chả ốc, a traditional specialty blending seasoned pork paste with tender escargot. Steamed carefully inside fragrant leaves with stalks of lemongrass, each bundle delivers a delightful herbal aroma. Patrons consistently praise the house-made dipping sauce, generously flavored with minced garlic, ginger, and chili. Beyond leaf-wrapped specialties, Cha Oc Gia Huy is renowned for offering distinctive bánh mì sandwiches that stand out from typical deli counters. Regulars frequently recommend the roast pork belly bánh mì, which pairs succulent, crispy pork with fresh cilantro and pickled vegetables inside a crusty baguette. The grilled pork sausage (nem nướng) bánh mì provides another authentic option that is difficult to find at ordinary sandwich shops. Visitors can also find classic Vietnamese cold cuts like traditional steamed pork rolls (chả lụa) and blood sausage (dồi), offering home cooks convenient, ready-to-eat staples to enjoy at home.

This little takeout restaurant is the secret gem of the Eden center. Every item and ingredient here is homemade and you can taste the difference! Highly recommend the roast pork belly banh mi and the vietnamese sausage (nem nuong) banh mi. You can’t find these at most banh mi stores. The most surprising flavor was the pate (also homemade), it was not overpowering like most banh mi’s I’ve had. Also highly recommend their egg cream brulee coffee. I was shocked that it wasn’t too strong or sweet. Best of all, there was even a thin caramelized layer that lived up to its name. The durian coffee was also tasty and unique!! I came back and forth for hours trying all their food. If you stop by you can see the owner grilling and putting out freshly made food like their grilled Vietnamese sausage and beef wrapped in betel leaf (bursting with flavor). Their unique rice paper wrapped egg rolls are also amazing, and toddler approved (bought a frozen pack for last minute dinners). There were too many great foods to even pick a favorite. I brought bags of goodies back to my family who enjoyed them and said they taste just like back home in Vietnam. HIGHLY recommend stopping by and trying the most authentic Vietnamese street food, banh mi, and Vietnamese coffee you can find outside the mothership!

Saw the great reviews so decided to give this place a try. Tried their signature dish, Cha Oc and their bestseller, Bo Nuac La Lot. The pork and escargot combo in the Cha Oc was quite unique, although it was quite difficult to unwrap and a bit messy to eat as well. I liked the flavor of the Bo Nuac La Lot more and it was easier to eat. Just don't think the overall value was good compared to the other places in Eden center. The $15 for each dish felt quite steep, especially considering they were pre prepared, not made to order. Felt like there are so many things with better taste and bigger portions at a cheaper price elsewhere in the center.

I bought 1 pork roll(cha lua), and there’s 2 strain of hair in 2 different places. Disgusting the hair is embedded in the cha lua. Will not be returning here again. Cha Lua Ngoc Hung is a better choice.

Their price is too expensive compared with other stores and restaurants. The food is not as good as the price. Doi huyet, doi ốc were too dry, very bad. He said he takes credit card but did not mention a surcharge fee is 2.5%. Although I …

In Eden Center. Pork with snails is so good! Snails add a good clam-like texture to already tasty meat rolls. The sauce is so addictive with tons of garlic. Try it. U won't regret it.
