The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My nail design came out PERFECT, even better than I imagined! The attention to detail and creativity were amazing. Customer service was top-tier, and you can really tell they care about their clients. Highly recommend if you want beautiful nails and a great experience overall!
This is the nail salon I go to because it’s right by my house. it's a real gamble. Some nail techs are amazing!!!…. and others are awful. This was my more recent experience that I just want the business to be aware of — because it’s not okay!!!! I asked the lady many times before I even started “please DONT cut my cuticles too much”. She didn’t listen. I had to say “no” and “stop” and “ouch” over and over again. This is the result. Inflamed, raw, and peeling cuticles. Super annoying. My advice, only go here if you find someone good and request for their name when you make an appointment
The Charming nail lounge is amazing. They are very clean and have great customer service. Vickie did the BEST mannicure and nail art. For anyone looking for a Coachella or festival nail set, i highly recommend her!! She has amazaing attention to detail and makes sure that the design is perfect. She made me feel so special! Anna did my pedicure and it was so relaxing and luxurious! I will be back
I’ve been coming here every 3 weeks for about a year to get Gel X with Sophia. I can always count on her to make my nails look amazing! She really takes her time to make my nails PERFECT every single time. She listens to what I want and I always ask for her opinion on different styles and how to keep my nails healthy. She has never steered me wrong. I’ve been to a lot of other nail salons around Orange County, and this is the absolute best. I highly recommend going to Sophia!
I don’t trust anyone but Chloe with my nails! Every time I show her an inspo pic, she matches it perfectly. She has such a good eye for what looks best — whether it’s choosing the right colors, adjusting the shape, or adding those little extra details. I can fully relax and trust her to do her thing, knowing it’ll turn out amazing every single time. She’s super friendly and easy to vibe with. 10/10 recommend Chloe!
