Personal touches are part of the salon’s appeal. One customer recalled coming in with her sister for birthday nails: Chau hand-painted flowers on one set, while another team member used flower stickers on the other. That example reflects the range between individually painted details and a decorative look created with stickers. If you have a particular design in mind, you can discuss the style you want with the team and ask about the options available for your visit.

Reviews also mention SNS, or powder, nails. A first-time visitor from Atlanta said Chau was friendly, personable, and did an excellent job, even though the customer described herself as picky about her nails. Other reviewers call out Amy for being professional and welcoming, and Vi for her nail work. Michael is praised for a pedicure. These are individual customer accounts, but together they give prospective clients a sense of the attentive service people have appreciated at Chau's Nails & Spa.

The atmosphere comes through as another reason customers return. Reviewers describe the salon as cute, clean, calming, and relaxing, and mention a kind, friendly welcome. Longtime clients say they have been coming for years, while others share that they plan to return after a first visit. That combination may suit someone seeking a comfortable neighborhood salon, a celebratory manicure with a family member, or a place to unwind during a pedicure. Experiences can vary, so feel free to share your preferences when you arrive.
