Dr. Lu is an amazing physician. She is great at what she does. Treats everyone with kindness and respect and most importantly she listens. She really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend her. Patients often complain of how far out the schedule is for new patient appointments but it goes to show she’s really great at what she does and everyone wants to be her patient :) thank you Dr. Lu and staff.
Dr Lu was awesome. This was our first visit to her as our new primary. My hospitalization and discharge was not a good experience and the ball was dropped on home health care as well as communication for my next steps. She took the time to listen and acted immediately to get us the help we needed at home and helped us to understand the role of all the follow up drs. Her office and back office staff have followed up quickly and professionally. We felt comfortable and cared for with her.
The front staff was friendly and organized. My previous PCP office was a nightmare. Dr Chea Lu took the time to listen to my concerns and follow up. I appreciate how thorough she was in addressing my symptoms and following up with the appropriate testing and treatment options. I requested if they could obtain my medical records from the previous PCP since they never answer. I’m glad to see in my patient portal this was requested. I highly recommend this office.
