I've wanted to go here for years. We bought a house in Lemon Grove 3 weeks ago and I finally grew the courage to learn how to make fresh Mexican food. This place is amazing. The meat is fantastic and they had everything I needed to make a few recipes I've been wanting to try. I'm a little embarrassed of my Spanish sometimes but both folks working here were patient and I can't wait to go back. Support your neighborhood grocers. They work hard for the community and deserve our business.
Went once after I had moved into the neighborhood, I had always seen it passing by but never stopped to check it out. Well I finally decided to, Amazing customer service. I bought carne asada and it was delicious, prices were fair. The lady at the register was so kind, helping me find things I was looking for ( the place is small but they have alot of things you might think they dont) I especially loved that they had REAL, FRESH corn tortillas. Glad I decided to take a look. Thank you!
