Got a massage yesterday and it wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews. Pros: 1. she did medium pressure and focused on the area requested. 2. Clean and cute presentation 3. Water provided after 4. Called for massage and was able to get right in. 5. Good price Cons: 1. The ramp was slick and Is dangerous for those who need assistance. 2. Ask if people want lotion or oil and if they have an allergies 3. $3 charge for card payment 4. When I gave her cash to prevent the card fee, she assumed I wasn’t expecting my change back, this was partially due to the language barrier. Then she asked me several times for 20% tip when I was giving her 18%. Needless to say, not worth returning when you have a relaxing experience, and the ending is stressful. Tips for improvement: 1. Clean the ramp so you don’t have a lawsuit on your hands when someone bust their butt. 2. Don’t beg for tips especially when someone is giving at least 18% 3. Ask if people want oil or lotion and if they have any sensitivity, maybe with a questionnaire, this way you know their problem areas as well or if they had any previous injuries you need to be aware of.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not go there! I used to go there for 2 years and everything is good until I went in today 3/8/19 and met this massage therapist from hell! They changed their policy and now they charged a $3 fee if you make payment by credit card but never ever wanted to tell you in advance?! When it's time for me to pay and hand over my credit card to the hell massage therapist, I saw a small notice about the $3 charges and ask her. Only after I asked her then only she told me in a very RUDE way that of course there's a charge. What?? This is unheard of and I told her she should have told me in advance there's a charges by using credit card that way I will bring enough cash to pay. Not only she didn't apologize, she started getting even more RUDE and yelling at me! I told her with this lousy zero customer service I am not willing to pay for any tipping, I am only willing to pay $60 which is for the 1 hour massage service and you know what? She was threatening me that I must pay her at least 10% tipping and holding on my credit card not wanted to give it back to me if I do not pay tipping. I should have call the POLICE because what she's doing was ILLEGAL. I ended up paying $69 which is $60 plus $3 charges using credit card plus $6 tipping!! I regret I didn't call the police and forced to pay for the $69 for a massage therapist from Hell! ITS A SCAM! Do not go there!
Just had a massage here and was average. They moved my appointment to 30 mins later at last minutes. I had to sit in a complete silent room with no music at all and no water offered. Just sit there listening to doors slam every few minutes. …
