Chillax Nail Lounge

This was my first time trying Chillax Nails but it won’t be my last! I had a lovely experience. The customer service was top notch. I was attended to right away even without an appointment. My nail tech was Nini and she did an amazing job! She was funny, detailed, and very skilled. Alex greeted me and checked me out. He was so professional and friendly. No notes!

I have been looking for a new place for almost a year since I moved to Pearland. This place checked all the boxes and then some; from the timeliness of service, the customer service, complimentary drinks (customizable too), and the amazing pedicure and friendly conversation from Loan it was the best experience by far!!! I can’t say enough, just come here (they even have weekday happy hour pricing 😉👌)

I had such a great experience with Vi ! She really took her time to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted , from the shape to the design, everything came out perfect. She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. The attention to detail really stood out to me. her kindness stood out! As a small business owner myself, that level of care and intention means a lot, and she definitely delivered. My nails turned out beautiful, and I’ll absolutely be coming back… again.!!🥰

Loan is the best pedicure !!!! She was gentle and informative. I haven’t been here in a long time and she was wonderful. I will be back to see her. I got the pedicure with the Kertin sock and a small glass of white wine. Completed relaxing the entire time.

I came here based off reviews! I had the pleasure of getting a full set with Tiffany and pedicure with Sarah! The manager Alex greeted me upon arrival and checked me in. He offered me a drink of choice along with the drink menu! I expressed that this was my first visit and was giving reassurance that I was in good hands! Everyone was very attentive and payed attention to detail. I did not feel rushed and they both took their time and were very precise with their work! I am a very particular person so I usually stick to one place but I went out on a limb and was blown away by the amazing customer service! 10/10 would recommend! Prices are very reasonable, the establishment is very nice and clean! I will definitely be a returning customer!
