Chrissy Nails is a nail salon at 4040 Woodhaven Rd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving customers in the city’s 19154 area. Its listing shows a 4-star rating from 190 reviews, offering local residents a useful starting point when comparing nail salons in Northeast Philadelphia. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; it is closed Sundays. If you are planning a visit, checking directly with the salon about current services, availability, and pricing can help you choose the right appointment.

Customer feedback suggests Chrissy Nails may be known for more than nail appointments alone. Some reviewers describe head spa experiences, including a signature hair wash, scalp massage, steam, and a hair mask, as well as facial and massage services. These accounts point to an option for customers interested in a relaxing self-care visit alongside beauty services. Reviewers have also praised the staff’s warmth and attentiveness, with one customer describing feeling at home and appreciating a last-minute accommodation. Individual experiences vary, so it is sensible to confirm which services are currently offered and how much time to allow when booking.

For nail services, reviews mention full sets, refills, and pedicures, making the salon relevant to customers looking for routine upkeep or a more complete nail appointment. The feedback is mixed, however. While some customers report positive visits and recommend the salon, others describe concerns about nail finish, pedicure quality, pricing, or professionalism. Those differing accounts are important context for anyone deciding where to book. If you have a particular shape, design, product, or finish in mind, discussing the details and expected cost before service may help set clear expectations.

The Woodhaven Road location can be considered by Philadelphia-area customers seeking a neighborhood nail salon with reported wellness services and extended weekday hours. It may suit someone looking to combine nail care with a head spa or other listed self-care treatments, while customers who prioritize a specific result may want to review recent feedback and communicate their preferences clearly. With a 4-star rating across 190 reviews, Chrissy Nails has a substantial set of customer opinions to consider, including both praise and criticism. Contact the salon to verify current offerings, prices, and appointment availability before making the trip.

The best experience, ever! I went there today for the head spa. I got the signature hair wash and scalp massage with the steam suana hair mask.I was astonished by the whole experience. Briana did an amazing job! And those hands... let me tell you. She is beautiful and petite, but her hands were a force to reckon with. I thought to myself that she was using a tool. But when she moved to the back of my head, I knew it was her hands. And when she massaged my scalp, she did this thing like a flicker....OMG! My hair feels so soft and bouncy! The massage to my upper back was out of this world. That's where I thought she was using a tool. The work she did on arms... I can not say it enough... Wow! That was well worth the hr and 17min drive from my house. Chrissy's Nails looked amazing. It was so clean. They have a few tables in the main establishment and 2 tables in the back room. I can't wait.. I might do a lil girls trip back with a few friends. The price was well worth it. After my scalp massage, Brianna quickly blow dried my hair. She also put me to the machine before and after, so I saw what my scalp looked like. You must check this place out. Trust me. You will not regret it. I wish I had taken pictures but I was too relaxed to care. Just bring a hair tie to leave with.

⛔️ ⚠️ I TRAVELED ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTH NJ TO PA FOR CHRISSYS MULTIPLE TIMES. In TOTAL they charged me $160 for a full set & this disgusting pedicure. SAVE your $ bc she got GREEDY & UNPROFESSIONAL. So SAD. Had to unfollow on Instagram as well. I was charged over $75 for this terrible pedicure that I called in advance. They are so selective & do a unprofessional job. My pedicure scrub/cleaning was done by nail tech guy with tattoos & Helen with glasses did the polish & Chrissy did the gems. I was OK with my full set done by Chrissys niece but NOT THE PRICE. Look how horrible of a job they did & it was THREE people this is INSANE! When I spoke to Chrissy & tried to negotiate the price this woman REFUSED to charge me UNDER $160!!! ! I gave Chrissy a chance to give me a fair price.

I really hate to write a bad review but I just feel like this is so unfair. I don’t mind paying for good nails but I do mind paying for messy nails. I paid $78 before tip for a refill (they said refill was $40 + $5 for one new nail) …

I just want to start off by saying that I am not someone who gets acrylics often, in fact this was my first time in about 7 years getting acrylics, but my nails came out so terrible. I felt bad saying anything when I was there because I'm sure they could tell I was upset and by the end the tech couldn't make eye contact with me. I tried to get used to them and come to terms with them, but I just can't and I'm so disappointed. I was referred here by someone who goes often and their nails always looked amazing, and since my usual salon just closed, I figured I'd give them a try. I showed the tech a reference photo (the photo with the key in hand) and as you can see, mine look nothing like the reference. Each nail is a different thickness, they are longer than I wanted (even after asking to have them cut down), and the color is completely wrong. The shape is the only thing I am somewhat happy with but after sitting with them, they are really not the same shape that was in the reference. I know that every nail tech is different and that they will not always be able to recreate every look that is brought in with a client, but for how much I paid, these just are nowhere near close. The waxing and pedicure services were great and most of the staff I encountered were really friendly, but I can't say I am a happy customer.
