I have never written a review about a doctor until now. I went to Dr. Liu concerning some women's health issues and she made me feel so comfortable through everything. She explained to me very clearly what was going on in my body and the steps we are going to take for treatment. You can tell she loves what she does and wants the best for her patients. I recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Liu sees both me and my husband and she is amazing. She spends time with you, listens to your issues, and doesn't rush you like most Doctors do. I have been through soooo many primary care doctors and Dr. Liu is honestly the first one who really seems to care about you. The office staff is great too! They are all very sweet and professional.

I am sure Dr Liu is fine, but her staff is unprofessional. I would not recommend this doctor's office. I called looking to get a new primary care physician and everything seemed fine when I made my appointment earlier this week. I was told that I would be receiving my paperwork via email and to keep an eye out for it. After 2 days I had not received an email from the office. I spoke to Darrin who works the front desk, and she was very apologetic this morning. I was told to call back after they return from lunch today to if I do not receive my medical paperwork by then. I called 2 times between 2:30 and 3:00 PM, and left a message since it was not an emergency. I then tried calling back around 3:50 today to let them know I did not receive the paperwork. When I called back, I let the office know i still did not have an email. I was letting Darrin, someone who works in the office, know that I was starting to have some reservations about my visit after the last few days and not receiving the paperwork. While on the phone with Darrin I received an email with no instructions, and was about to ask what to do with the scanned documents. The line disconnected, so I sent an email back to Tammie Wright asking what to do with the attachment since there were no instructions and I didn't know if they expected me to send mt PII via email attachment. Shortly after, Darrin called me to let me know they were cancelling my appointment. I let her know that I would be filing a complaint regarding the office and the unsecure request for medical records and personal information. If you care about your privacy and keeping your personal information secure, avoid this office.
