Sign in to reviewUsually love this place but never had I ever been SO DISAPPOINTED. I paid $100 to get my nails and toes done and this is what I got. Got them done Friday and they already look 2 months old. The lines are not crisp, the matte looks dirty... and the chrome is peeling 😩 I'm so sad. Debating on whether or not to continue going here. I was going every 3 weeks but after this last visit, I'm really considering looking for a new salon.
Lily is a great technician! She takes her time and does a great job with gently removing my old acrylic. Trust me when I say the way she lays her acrylic is flawless! If you need or want XL acrylic with design lily is your girl.
The quality you get here can be found literally anywhere else. Not saying its bad quality, but definitely not worth their prices. Customer service is also plain bad. They were speaking about me and snickering during the entire service - I know this because they would literally quote my words/phrases and clearly refer to me through their body language. You're better off getting your nails done somewhere else.
Hard to see but Mona cut 2 of my fingers yesterday while filing my nails and when I said ouch and pulled my finger back her and her coworker started speaking in their language. Just be careful. Praying I do not get an infection.
DONT GO HERE! The girl Holly charged me 70 bucks for my gel x and 4 of them popped off within one day! Not only did they pop off super quick, she was really rude and was going to fast(she even cut me a few times). I went back the same week to get them fixed and the manager was so rushed. Within the next 2 days, 3 more fell off and I was fed up. I came back to the salon and the manager was super passive and rude. Don’t waste your time or money coming here this is the worst place ever.
