Food was unreal and the service was super good too. We came at a weird time but the food was still all fresh and so tasty. ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO get the sweet potato “orange black and blue” fries and the pico burger. The three meat plate was surprisingly tender for being later in the day and I thought the burrito was decadent but sharp and tasty as well. Their bbq sauce is homemade and the spicy one is gas. You have to check this place out!

Chuckwagon BBQ & Burgers in Katy, Texas is seriously a hidden gem and absolutely worth the visit. Their location is a little tucked away, but once you find it, you’ll be glad you did. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially knowing it was our first time visiting. They were patient with us, took the time to explain the menu, and helped us navigate all the different options without making us feel rushed. In an age where half the population acts personally offended when asked a question, that level of customer service deserves recognition. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection across the board. I ordered the pulled brisket burger, and it was incredible. The brisket was packed with flavor, extremely tender, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they really take their time with the meat because every bite was juicy and perfectly cooked. My husband ordered two brisket tacos, each with a different cheese, and he loved both of them. The flavor combinations were spot on. My oldest son got the extra crispy chicken tenders with fries, and they came out perfectly crispy without being dry. The rest of the kids got the sausage plate with BBQ sauce and fries, and they cleaned their plates with no complaints—which says a lot when you’re feeding multiple kids. The menu is HUGE with tons of variety, including Tex-Mex inspired options, so there’s truly something for everyone. The lemonade and sweet tea were also fresh and delicious, which honestly tied the whole meal together. If you’re in the Katy area and craving quality BBQ, burgers, or Tex-Mex flavors, Chuckwagon BBQ & Burgers deserves a stop. Great portions, amazing flavor, excellent customer service, and a menu that keeps you wanting to come back and try more.

Chuckwagon 1463 is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with genuine smiles and an atmosphere that feels more like visiting family than grabbing a meal. The entire crew works incredibly hard, and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. The food and service are consistently top-notch, but what really sets this place apart is the personality behind it. Their social media is absolutely hilarious and always keeps the community entertained, adding to the fun, welcoming vibe that makes Chuckwagon so special. A huge shoutout to Chef Waseem, who not only delivers amazing food but also goes above and beyond to give back to the community. It’s rare to find a local business so committed to supporting the people around them, and that kind of generosity deserves recognition. If you’re looking for great food, outstanding service, and a place that genuinely cares about its customers and community, Chuckwagon 1463 is a solid 5 stars across the board.

Some of the BEST BBQ I've had in Texas! Chuckwagon needs some media coverage. Idk how this place has been going so low key. They use some of the best high quality Halal meats and it truly shows in their delivery. Chicken was very moist and flavorful. Brisket was juicy and smokey. Dino rib was fall off the bone goodness. Their potato salad is amazing, and it was cool to hear it was the owners dad's recipe. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

I stopped by Chuckwagon and ordered a few items to try out: the chicken sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and a side of chicken wings. Overall, I had a great experience and the food definitely hit the spot! The chicken sandwich had great flavor. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. I had asked for it chopped, but it came sliced instead. Not a big deal, as it was still delicious and satisfying. The sandwich had a nice balance of textures and flavors, and the bun was fresh. The fries came out hot and crispy, which I appreciated. They were a bit on the salty side for my taste, but after brushing off some of the salt, they were just right. Still enjoyable, especially when paired with the house sauces. The coleslaw was creamy and refreshing — a great contrast to the heat from the wings. Speaking of which, the chicken wings were a standout! They were spicy, just the way I like them, with a flavorful kick that made them addictive. Service was friendly and fast, and the food came out fresh. A couple of minor hiccups, but nothing that took away from the overall quality of the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to Chuckwagon to try more from the menu!
