Chung Dam Spa and Fitness – Cheltenham, PA I want to thank Mike for an excellent body scrub and massage — truly top‑notch work. The only downside was the spa water temperature; the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, and the other two pools were not too cold. I wasn’t too happy about that, but I hope they get it fixed soon. Everything else was great, and I will definitely be back.
This is place is amazing. Your nudes the entire time and it feels fabulous. Get the massage scrub too these ladies make you feel like a newborn baby. Your skin is smooth for a year. Then the hot salt room and the water baths. You can get lost all day. I try to go 4 times a years its the best self care.
Great place overall—clean and well maintained. One suggestion: the lighting in both the sauna and steam room is quite bright, which takes away from the relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. Dimming the lights would make a big difference. More importantly, the temperature feels excessively high. It becomes uncomfortable within 5–10 minutes and can cause lightheadedness. Saunas and steam rooms should be relaxing and safe, not overwhelming. I would recommend checking that both are set within standard, safe temperature ranges. With a few adjustments, this could be an excellent experience.
Really wonderful massages and facilities here. I'm pretty crazy about the hot clay and jade rooms, but they have a normal dry sauna and steam room too. Baths had 3 temps from hot to cold. Nice place to spend a couple hours on pain relief …
I really appreciate that this place is a local way to escape for some self care at a reasonable price. It's not fancy, but it's relaxing. The reason for my 3-star rating is that the hottest pool is "warm". It's quite unfortunate, and this is the reason why I don't frequent the spa often....even though I live 15 minutes away
