I like Doctor Chuong Nguyen at Kelsey Seybold because he is an excellent family doctor who truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and I always feel comfortable asking him any questions. He also has a great sense of humor, good manner and makes me feel at ease during appointments. My family and I have been patients of doctor Chuong Nguyen for many years and we are very happy with the care we receive. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. This is a great doctor and his team at Kelsey-Seybold

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent physician. He's been my primary care doctor for more than 30 years. Dr. Nguyen is always respectful, professional, a great listener, friendly, and has excellent communication skills as he's able to patiently explain a diagnosis in language that I can understand. He provides treatment options and helps me to make informed medical decisions. Dr. Nguyen's demeanor is unmatchable. I thank him for his care and dedication!

Dr. Nguyen is a excellent doctor. He always take his time and listen to you without making you feel rushed. He's a great communicator and is very thorough. I've been going to him for 11 years. I would definitely recommend him.

My mother had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Nguyen. He was rude and didn’t seem to have reviewed any of her medical history beforehand. The interaction was cold and dismissive. We waited 40 minutes to have a form signed by Dr. Nguyen only for them to tell us he refused to sign it. A doctor should be compassionate and attentive — unfortunately, this was the opposite. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for thoughtful or professional care.

Unfortunately, my mom has had very unpleasant visits with Dr. Nguyen. He is extremely rude and clearly does not care about his patients. My mom has a long history of health issues, in which she has had to change to a very clean diet in the past years in which I am witness to as I am her caretaker but he continuously criticizes her weight in a VERY rude manner and calls her a liar and basically says she’s fat and needs to stop eating so much. He blatantly disregards our concerns and is set in his ways rather than showing true compassion and respect. This is extremely disheartening to someone who is already struggling is so many ways. 0/10 not recommended.
