EMERALD IS AMAZING! took my daughters to get their 2nd set for their ears pierced. My 10 year old went and everything went well, when it was time for my 16 year old to go she suddenly got terrified and could not decide if she wanted to go through with it. Emerald did a fantastic job making her feel comfortable and was very patient while she went back and forth on whether or not she wanted to go through with it. Not one time did she rush her or show any ounce of frustration with the situation. She just talked her through it and gave her time to be comfortable. I am very grateful that she showed so much patience and care with my girls. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job and making them feel comfortable!

I got an ear piercing 6 weeks ago here. The experience was great. I took out my post for 1 night this week and the hole grew back. So I came back yesterday to get one ear pierced again. Emerald was so kind and helpful. She even wrote it specific directions for me so I would know exactly when and how to do everything. I highly recommend her!

A very nice young lady by the name of jewels I believe assisted me and my granddaughter, she was very helpful and patient with us and even recommended some products for my other granddaughter. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely be coming back and looking forward to it .

⚠️ COMMUNITY AWARENESS POST — CLAIRE’S at 5584 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena TX ⚠️ 📅 Experience on October 26, 2025 Today, I went to Claire’s at 5584 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena, TX with my three daughters (ages 14, 8, and 6 months) to get my infant’s ears pierced. We walked in joyfully — my 8-year-old was looking at earrings, and like any nervous parent, I was preparing myself for my baby’s first piercing. When I told the associate I wanted the infant ear-piercing service, she asked how old my baby was, then guided us to the station. As we got settled, she told me, “You don’t have to get them done.” I calmly replied that I was aware, but it was a decision I had already made. She said “okay,” and I then asked how long she had been piercing. She said about five years. I noticed the manager nearby, so I also asked how long she had been doing piercings. At that point, the associate walked away abruptly and told the manager to take over. I was confused by her attitude, so I politely asked, “Are you okay? How’s your day been?” She ignored me completely and kept walking. Trying to clarify the situation, I turned to the manager to explain what had just happened — and that’s when things escalated. The manager said, “I heard everything. No, she wasn’t rude. What exactly do you need so you can leave?” I was taken aback. I asked, “Excuse me?” and she repeated the same thing. I asked if she was the manager; she said yes. I asked if she was the general manager, and she said yes again. I responded, “Oh wow, if you’re the general manager, no wonder your employee feels it’s okay to act this way.” At that point, she instructed her employee to start recording me — in front of my children — for absolutely no reason. My girls stood by the door, watching this unfold while I remained calm, just trying to understand why we were being treated so poorly. When I asked for her name, she refused. When I asked for the corporate contact, she refused. When I asked for the store number, she refused again. At that moment, I decided I would not allow either of them to pierce my baby’s ears. I left the store feeling shocked, embarrassed, and completely disrespected — all for trying to do something as simple as get my 6-month-old’s ears pierced. No customer, especially one with children present, deserves to be treated that way. I’m sharing this to make other parents aware and to hopefully ensure that no one else has to experience such unprofessional and unsettling behavior at this location.

Ellie did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears! She was incredibly professional, patient, and made the whole experience so comfortable and positive. She took the time to explain everything, kept my daughter calm, and was very gentle throughout the process.
