She was amazing from greeting us and my boys making us feel welcome and comfortable. The most amazing part was service she provided to our daughter. As a mom I was nervous to take my 4 month old but Cleo made the whole process make me feel at ease.she is so patient and so kind from measuring her ears putting the numbing cream to choosing the pair of earrings the sterilization of the process. thank you Cleo for the amazing experience. For being so kind and thoughtful with my kids I Would recommend everyone to come here.
