First, I called to see if I could get watch batteries replaced here. I had five watches that needed new batteries. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. Because of the helpful experience I had over the phone, I chose to bring my watches in for a battery replacements. The watches were done either the same day or the next day, although it was so fast I couldn’t even get there until a few days later as I was out of town. Everyone who works in here is extremely nice. It’s a calming, relaxed environment and atmosphere. I will definitely go in again if I need to purchase any jewelry or have more watch batteries replaced
Great group Manager, associates, jeweler, and owners all very nice. Look for the Trunk shows too. Nice selection of lab or natural diamonds. Custom work is available. Battery replacement for watches, key fobs. Buy gold and silver
My mom brought in her diamond tennis bracelet that had sentimental value . It came back in worse condition , now with the dial coming off and the battery not working . They charged me $200 for this and they refuse to refund my money . I have requested 3x to speak to the owner , in which I was told to email the owner a picture of the watch and ,” See if the owner is willing to call me back .” WARNING : Do Not use Classique Jewelers Do not go to Classique unless you want your concerns to be disregarded and for your watch to be broken and returned in worse condition than when you brought it in . Then , to be told by the manager to email Diane ( the owner ) and “ Maybe she will call you back .” Do not go to Classique!!! They do not call you back and they will ignore you and take your money . They only care about money and not making things right . Please see attached picture of my broken tennis bracelet .
First, I’ve been going to Classique since they were in the Frisco Tom Thumb parking lot I wanna say maybe 25-30+ years ago- they’ve moved quite a few times and I’ve always followed them because they were great at communication and I TRUSTED …
Terrible watch repair service. I accidentally pulled the crown out of my watch that I purchased here many years ago. They sent it to the jeweler who had it for six months and charged me around $175. I wore it for less than a month and it stopped working. They sent it back and wanted over $200 to repair it this time after keeping it for four months. I repaired it myself after watching a YouTube video and ordering the part I needed online for $35. This would have never happened if Bob was still here. Customer service has gone downhill since he retired.
