Cloud 9 Foot Spa Houston Medical Center

My husband and I recently visited the Sugar Land location of Cloud 9 Foot Spa and had such an AMAZING experience that when I discovered there was a location closer to our home in Houston, I immediately booked us an appointment for Father’s Day. We scheduled a one hour foot massage and were assigned Kimmy and Kiki. Both therapists did a good job, and overall the massage itself was enjoyable. However, I have to be honest and say that the experience did not compare to what we received at the Sugar Land location. The biggest difference was the atmosphere. At the Houston location, everything felt a bit rushed. It seemed like everyone was trying to move quickly through appointments rather than creating a truly relaxing experience. There was quite a bit of talking from staff members during massages, and we could also hear people outside the room laughing and having conversations. It made it difficult to fully unwind and enjoy the peaceful environment that we were expecting. Again, Kimmy and Kiki were both pleasant and gave good massages, but the pace felt rushed and the overall experience lacked the calm, relaxing feeling we had enjoyed at the Sugar Land location. If you’re simply looking for a decent massage, this location will likely meet your needs. For us, though, the entire experience matters just as much as the massage itself. Because of that, we’ll probably continue making the drive to Sugar Land for the more relaxing atmosphere and overall experience we had there. Wishing the Houston location the best, as there is definitely potential. We just left feeling a little disappointed compared to our previous visit.

Every session leaves me feeling fully refreshed and recharged. She’s also very kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. The service here is consistently great, and the environment is always calm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly relaxing and professional massage!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and have had many massages during that time. It’s a very pleasant and relaxing place, and the overall atmosphere always makes the experience enjoyable. Jessica is truly excellent. She is very professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Every time I see her, she knows exactly how to focus on the areas that need the most attention, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Jessica is the main reason I keep coming back. She consistently provides an outstanding massage experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage.

I found myself in need of a massage asap but didn’t want to pay the crazy spa prices, just needed someone to work some tension in my should and neck out. I am so glad I found this place! They had a last minute opening with Amy and for a great price I got a one hour Swedish massage. The office space is clean and well managed, front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Upon arrival you can fill out a body chart showing which areas you need focus on. I swear Amy has magic hands! I left feeling 100x better and will definitely be coming back here when I’m in town next.

Joanna was AMAZING! I've needed this for a while and she made sure to get all my knots. I highly recommend coming here! It wasn't my first time and it definitely won't be my last!
