Cô Anh is a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 4725 Spring Mountain Rd #G, Las Vegas, NV 89102. It is a neighborhood cafe-style spot for Vietnamese sandwiches, soups, appetizers, and baked pastries, with a menu that gives diners several ways to make a breakfast or lunch stop. Customer feedback highlights friendly service and a welcoming feel, while the restaurant’s compact dining area can mean a wait when more guests arrive. Its listed rating is 4.5 stars from 476 reviews.

Banh mi is one of the dishes customers especially recommend, and reviewers describe the sandwiches as a standout among the Vietnamese cafes they have visited. The menu also includes Vietnamese soups and noodle dishes: guests mention bun rieu and combination hu tieu, each offering a different way to enjoy a bowl of broth, noodles, and toppings. Reviews give varied opinions on individual dishes, so diners may want to explore the menu and choose what appeals to them rather than expect every bowl to suit every preference.

For a shared snack or something to enjoy alongside a meal, the grilled pork patty spring roll has drawn particularly positive feedback. Cô Anh also serves Vietnamese appetizers and baked pastries, and bao buns have been popular enough to sell out on at least one reported visit. Availability may vary, so if a particular item is the main reason for your visit, it can be helpful to check with the restaurant. The range of sandwiches, soups, and smaller bites makes the cafe a practical option for a quick meal or a relaxed stop with friends.

The atmosphere is casual and cafe-like, with a small dining room and quick service noted by customers. Some visitors have been seated right away, while others describe a short wait or a line for tables and takeout, especially around lunch. One regular reviewer says Cô Anh has become a favorite breakfast stop and praises the owners and staff for being warm and welcoming. That mix of familiar service and approachable Vietnamese comfort food may appeal to nearby residents, visitors exploring Spring Mountain Road, and anyone looking for breakfast or lunch in Las Vegas.

Cô Anh is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Sunday; it is closed on Thursday. The daytime schedule makes it a choice for breakfast, brunch, or lunch rather than dinner. Since customer experiences and wait times can vary, plan around the posted hours and consider arriving earlier if you have your heart set on a particular item. Whether you are stopping in for a banh mi, sharing a spring roll, or choosing a bowl of Vietnamese soup, Cô Anh offers a casual local option in Las Vegas.

Nice place with quick service and decent food. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and we're able to comfortably finish eating and out the door about 5 minutes after closing. The grilled pork patty spring roll was delicious. The bun rieu is fine but not the best variation we've had compared to other locations. The beer satay sauce egg noodle was okay but quickly overwhelming in the sauce base. Very generous with meat portions which is nice. I would try the banh mi next time.

I can certainly see why the line is out the door at this place on some days. Cute café, offering Authentic Vietnamese appetizers, soups, baked pastries, and awesome Banh Mi Sandwiches (One of the few places out of all of the many Vietnamese cafe/restaurants places that we have visited that would toast its baguette prior to serving. Nice touch and yummy). Recently priced and very delicious food. Ownership and team are very caring.

Went there on a Saturday at noon and got seated right away. Several people walked in soon and formed a line for tables or to-go orders. Our main goal was to try their bao bun but it was already sold out. Hu Tieu combination noodle (3.5/5) - broth was pretty good but no in-depth flavor. Protein was mostly fish balls. Fried pork (skin) bits made the dish more flavorful. B4 Pandan drink (5/5) - thicker consistency than expected. It was yummy!

Came by for lunch at around 1 PM on a Friday with three friends. The restaurant is a bit small, so we did have a wait a little bit for a table. Here is all the food we ordered to share: …

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cô Anh Sandwich is one of my husband’s and my favorite breakfast spots in Las Vegas. We visit almost every week, and it has become part of our weekend routine. What makes this place so special is not only the food but also the people. The owners and staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. After visiting regularly, they remember our favorite dishes, know our preferences, and make us feel like family every time we walk through the door. One of the highlights that keeps us coming back is the Sunday Bánh Canh Cua. The crab is always fresh, sweet, and generously portioned with plenty of white crab meat. The bowl is so large that my husband and I often share one order and still leave satisfied. We also love their green bean milk and Vietnamese iced coffee, which pair perfectly with breakfast. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and homemade. Their bánh bao is another must-try item. It’s incredibly delicious and sells out quickly every day. If you plan on taking some home, I recommend arriving early because once they’re gone, they’re gone! The restaurant is always clean, the service is fast, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Finding a place that consistently delivers great food and excellent service is rare, which is why Cô Anh Sandwich has become our go-to breakfast destination. Out of all the Vietnamese breakfast restaurants we’ve tried in Las Vegas, Cô Anh Sandwich remains one of our absolute favorites. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese food, friendly service, and a place that feels like home.
