Sign in to reviewMy boyfriend ate breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised that their sizzling skillet items were a delight for breakfast items. The inside was clean with nice decor. The staff was very friendly and fast service. I had the sizzling eggs, pate, and sausage. It was very hot when brought out but that is what makes the sausage and paste (Cha) soft and easy to chew. I liked to dip the bread with the sauce within the skillet. I also had their popular Lychee Lemon juice, it was really good. My boyfriend really liked his beef stew egg skillet and bread. The beef was tender and went well with the eggs, potato, carrots, etc. We will be back to try their famous Bún Bò Huế for sure
Dropped by around 2pm and the place wasn’t crowded. I tried their bún bò—honestly, it was just okay. The broth was decent, but nothing stood out. Unfortunately, the vermicelli was overcooked when I visited, which took away from the overall experience. Not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Everything was simply… okay.
This has to be the best Bung Bo Hue I have eaten so far. The highlight was the broth, it was rich and has the distinct bung mam flavor. It was not to salty or bland but rather the correct seasoning. They had the fish sauce with thai chili on the side that goes great with the soup. There was a good plate of vegetable including a good portion of banana flower. Only thing is some of the meat was a little overcooked so they don't have that bite but if younlove soft meat that is falling off bone then you love their meat. Wish I took a picture to show how good the bowl looked.
Enjoyed eating here! Came here for the Vietnamese sizzling breakfast platter with eggs and meats, pate served with fresh, warm banh mi (baguette). My friend had Bo Kho (Vietnamese stewed beef/veggies) also served in a cast iron and banh mi. We enjoyed each of our plates and got to try one another’s. I’m so glad I got to visit here for the first time. The menu looks good. We got there around 11am and were seated right away. As it neared lunchtime, more people came through and they seemed to enjoy their bun (noodle dishes.)
Tried Cô Ba Bún Bò and was impressed! The bún bò is flavorful with a clean, aromatic broth that’s naturally sweet — not oily or heavy. The highlight is their homemade chả Huế, which is fresh, firm, and super tasty. A great spot if you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese flavors.
