Sign in to reviewJames Phan, a true professional. Brought my SUV in for an estimate for a silly accident I caused myself and no others involved. Rather than James giving me a quote to just replace the front bumper he also gave me option B to fix. I chose option B. It was restored like new!!! So happy with the results, but more importantly found a new mechanic and auto body shop. It’s so challenging to find trustworthy professionals in this business. This place has my support. 💯👏🙏
James is a good guy. Came in for a back bumper repair and it was my first accident. He walked me through every step and it was a stress free experience to deal with insurance related issues. The car came back and James and his team did an excellent repair and even went above and beyond to clean my vehicle. Customers also get one free oil change. It was a pleasure doing business. Highly recommend if anyone is in need of not only a repair shop, but vehicle issues as well (they are mechanics too).
I do not usually do reviews, but I felt I had to for this transaction. James, one heck of a good man. In these times , there has been a lack of good craftsman and lack of pride in one’s work. FINALLY!!!! A shop with EXCELLENT STANDARDS!!! I will definitely refer this mans business to others in need of body or paint work on there vehicle. I used to work in the automotive business in the early 80’s. I’ve been around shops pretty much my whole life. James shop and work made me feel kinda nostalgic in a way. Ha! Where do you get a clean shop, great craftsmanship, extremely friendly AND!!! NOT owned by a corporation!!! Please!! Do business with the mom and pop businesses!!!! Thank you James!!! Coastline Bodywork’s 5 STAR!!!!
Feb 2023 Update: my side mirror got broken and Coastline was easy to make an appointment and fix it for me at an affordable price! I have been to the shop for years after a recommendation of my best friend. James always took care of my cars and restored them to great condition before the accidents. He handled all the communication with the insurance with regards to the fixes so I just needed to dropped the car off and picked it up and that's it! James explained to me the fixes that need to be done clearly and patiently. It's hard to find a reliable local body shop so I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to come here.
James the man! He is honest and transparent and I appreciate that so much especially for a auto body shop. I had damages to the front of my Tesla and he was able to repair it and looks good as new. I was surprised that the white paint matched my car. Thank you James! I will come to you for my future car needs
