The rocket prawns were definitely the highlight — crispy, fresh, and paired really well with the sauce. The pho itself was decent, but the broth didn’t really stand out or have that deep, memorable flavor I was hoping for. That said, the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I loved the decor, the cozy bar setting, and how expansive the menu is. Feels like a good place to hang out, grab drinks, and explore different dishes with friends.

We are a family from Taiwan, where Vietnamese restaurants are quite common. Surprisingly, the best Vietnamese food we’ve ever had was in Seattle! My wife, our two daughters, and I came here two days in a row. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back again if we have the chance!

We learn this food some years ago in Dubai at Saigon Station and CÔBA gave is this love again. Location is maybe not so but as soon you are in you feel welcome, team are friendly and advice to all from google photos because menu is no pics. Music was perfect background!

Everything we ordered tasted authentic and flavorful. The egg rolls were great, but the rice paper was a bit thick, making the inside slightly soft and chewy. There was a mix-up with our pork chop order, and we first got Korean short ribs. They were good and a little sweet. When the pork chop arrived, it was perfectly cooked, super tender, and flavorful. The Bún Bò Huế had a strong lemongrass taste, which is different from the traditional style. The noodles were a bit overcooked and slightly mushy. It was just okay for me, but some people might really like that twist.

I ordered the bun bo hue. It was ok. The cuts are too fatty that I had to remove 1/3 of the meat. The broth had a slightly fishy taste which was odd considering I ordered beef and meatballs. I'm not into seafood, so I didn't like the taste of the broth.
