Sign in to reviewI am a 30 year old woman who was treated like a child and talked down to in this store. Avoid this store!! Manager was not friendly at all nor was her staff except one older lady who was very kind to me. Staff in the end tried to avoid me unless I was buying something.
Conflicted on this review. The place is large and has a unique selection of clothes, baby clothes and gifts. But…. There was no greeting when I walked in, no feeling of welcome and warmth. I did purchase two very cute outfits. They had a lot of charming and fun gift ideas, I probably would return.
Super disappointed with the customer service at this boutique. The clothes and items aren’t cheap and to be rushed out of the dressing room and lied to saying there is a long line waiting was crazy. I came to this store with my daughter to find her a dress for her daddy daughter dance and I couldn’t even enjoy the experience without being rushed out of the dressing room. The employee with dark hair said there was a long line waiting and when we came out there was 1 white lady waiting and she told her to take her time when she went in. We will not be coming back to this boutique and I can see why it only has a 3 star rating.

Through the years, I've shopped at Cobblestone Cottage many times, and they've been a wonderful resource for gifts for my daughters, grandchildren, baby showers, plus cute clothes and jewelry for me! The ladies there are always so friendly, kind and helpful, and the gift wrapping is a bonus!
