I've been here once before and had a great experience, this second time not so much. The staff are all very nice but the service I got this time was terrible. I don't think they deserve a one star for this one time service but they should have more consistency. I got mani/dip and the lady that did them was super nice and friendly. Nothing against her but the work she did was not great. They dipped my fingers in alcohol for a while on accident instead of acetone. Then redipped then in acetone once they realized. My fingers got really dry and she didn't even trim up the cuticles or skin around my nails. She didn't have me wash my hands after she grinded them and the dip was very messy. They're not clean lines and some of them she grinded down a little too much so you can see through the color. I left with dry cuticles, dry skin, and messy nails.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for a full Gel-X set, and within two hours of leaving the salon, one of the nails completely popped off. A professionally applied Gel-X set should not be falling off the same day. I called the salon immediately to explain what happened and requested a partial refund. Instead, I was told they do not offer refunds and that I could come back to have it fixed. Unfortunately, I live an hour and a half away, so driving three hours round-trip for a repair is not a reasonable solution. Not only am I unhappy with the quality of the work, but I’m also disappointed with how the situation was handled. I understand mistakes happen, but good customer service means working with customers to find a fair resolution when a service fails almost immediately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon! It is not worth your money.
I will definitely be back. Chloe was lovely; the hostess offered me a beverage & the entire experience was very relaxing. I just got a clear gel coat but I cannot stop staring at my nails.
I very much enjoyed my visit! It was my first time here; walked in greeted immediately and offered beverages. Love the decor and lighting. Hoa was amazing, gentle and kind and nails turned out great.
