I would only go for my toes to be done. I told them I was getting my nails done for my bachelorette party, and I hate them. My nails were rushed, air bubbles, the French tip isn’t straight or even on both sides. They didn’t clean up the polish that was left all over my nails, or drill the under side of the nails. They missed a whole side of my nail, as well as added to much acrylic to one of the nails. I asked for cow print and you can’t even tell what it is. It was messy and rushed, very disappointing.

I went with a friend to get mani and pedi. People were very nice. Although we didn’t even have a chance to sit down and they were already swarming us tryna get our nails done. My pedicure was fine. But my manicure on the other hand very very disappointing. He filed them down way too much. I got them done on Wednesday and it’s Thursday and I already broke a nail. Honestly pissed. They didn’t even paint my whole nail either. Just really disappointed.

Really poor service Ask for a powder refill but got regular nail instead Respond to your comment I want to clarify a few things in your response, because the version posted is not accurate. I never rushed anyone or left before being told my polish was dry. I stood and waited the entire time. The smudging happened during the service, not because I walked out early. On the powder refill: I came in and specifically asked for a powder refill. The technician tried to push me toward shellac instead, and I declined. If your camera footage is as clear as you say, it should also show that conversation. Even the Lady that did my nails told him I dont want shellac. You said i god powder but if i got powder why did he still put regular nail polish on the top? And to be clear, my complaint about the pedicure is not just about chipping. If you look at the photos, the polish was applied poorly along the borders of the toes — that is a quality issue, not a drying issue. I stand by my review.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon today. I usually book with Mimi, who always does an excellent job, but since she wasn’t available, I was assigned to a different nail tech named Summer—and unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. From the start, Summer had difficulty following my request and began doing something completely different from what I asked for. Instead of correcting it, she stopped midway and went to get the manager, Donna. I was hoping the situation would improve, but even after Donna stepped in, there was no real effort to fix the issue or accommodate what I originally wanted. In the end, I was told they would just paint my nails one color and that I could come back another day when Mimi is available if I wanted the actual design I asked for. That’s not acceptable—customers shouldn’t have to return another day just to get the service they requested in the first place. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve had great service here before with Mimi, but this visit was a complete letdown. I hope the salon takes customer concerns more seriously and ensures all staff are properly trained to deliver the services they offer.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment my appointment started, the technician was rude and unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout the entire service. The worst part was that she burned me with hot wax. The burn was severe enough that I had difficulty walking afterward and was in so much pain. Instead of acknowledging what happened or showing concern, she insisted that she hadn’t burned me, even though I was clearly in pain. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, Kathy, treated the burn with aloe vera, and showed genuine care. I really appreciated her kindness because she was the only person who seemed concerned about my well-being. Unfortunately, the man who works at the front desk did not seem to care at all. There was no sincere apology, no effort to make things right, and he tried to use to the discount that i was already owed for my service as a discount for the inconvenience after I was injured during my service. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. Accidents can happen, but what matters is how a business responds. The lack of accountability, empathy, and customer service after I was burned was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
