What many diners mention first about CƠM TẤM ĐÀO VIÊN is the quality of its cơm tấm. Reviewers consistently point to the broken rice plates as the reason they return, especially when visiting Orange County and Westminster, California. The menu offers multiple varieties, giving guests a chance to choose different combinations of grilled meats and sides. One dish specifically called out by customers is the #32 plate with crispy bean-curd shrimp and charbroiled pork chop, a combination that reflects the restaurant’s appeal for people who want both texture and strong grilled flavor. Plates are described as large, filling, and well seasoned, with meats that are tender, juicy, and satisfying.

Another detail that makes CƠM TẤM ĐÀO VIÊN easy to remember is its all-you-can-eat cơm tấm option, which several customers say is worth the visit. Reviews mention AYCE hours in the afternoon and evening, with choices such as chicken, beef, pork, pickles, rice, and eggs. For diners who enjoy sampling different proteins or want a hearty meal with family or friends, this offering adds something distinct within the Westminster Vietnamese dining scene. This is the kind of Westminster restaurant that works well for locals craving familiar Vietnamese comfort food, as well as first-time diners exploring dishes beyond pho or bánh mì. Cơm tấm (broken rice) is really good and many varieties. However, the bún riêu is so so (to me). The service is really good. Whenever we come back to OC, we'll come back for more Cơm tấm.

The AYCE (3pm to 8pm) is so worth it. We had the $25 per person. The choices were chicken, beef, pork, pickles, rice and eggs. The meat was tasty, tender and juicy. The staff were also very friendly.

It was a great experience. This was my first time trying an authentic Vietnamese dish other than pho or bahn MI. It was a very large and filling plate. It all tasted great and ended up eating all of it. I will definitely go back to try other dishes. Highly recommend.

We came for the ayce but that didn’t start until 5 pm so we just ordered com tam plates. We’ll definitely return though, the food and service was amazing. Everything was well seasoned, the meats were quality and we devoured our plates.

One of my go to places for Com Tam (broken rice dish) in Orange County. I like their #32 on the menu - crispy bean-curd shrimps with charbroiled pork chop. They now offer all you can eat Com Tam too.
