Food is good and authentic. Prices are pretty low. I only gave 3 stars because service is pretty bad. I know it is a family run restaurant but still. Our whole meal came out before our drinks did and it was bottled water and a can of soy bean milk. Perhaps it was because there was a large party in there and the only one taking orders and running the food is their son. Would give this place another shot to see if service was due to being busy but food was good. We got the Com Tam and dinner for 2 for the 4 of us. Update: Monday night early dinner. Much better service. Less crowded.

Really tasty, authentic Vietnamese food here. Fast and friendly service as well. We had the Vietnamese Crepe (Bánh Xèo) and a bowl of Seafood Egg Noodle Soup (Mì Tôm Cua). Both were very well done

Pros: -Decent parking -Prices are good -Com tam is standard -The drinks (sinh to) are cheap than what I am used to seeing Con -Sinh to honeydew and soursop were just okay. They use power and kerns juice.

Food was good. Service was ok. Then bam instincts kicked in telling me look down on your food. And there it was a baby fly inside my spring roll !!. They need to do a better job cleaning up there restaurant before THEY get shut down. First time here and the impression I received is that I will not return back.

Only reviewing the boba smoothie which we saw advertised on the store front poster. Ordered taro smoothie with boba. The guy made it in front of us using fresh taro, not powder. Very tasty and creamy; you can still taste the taro (wasn't ground up too fine), just the way I like it. Boba also had nice gummy chewiness to them. Picture menu of their dishes look enticing. Bless these hardworking folks who open 7 days a week to feed us.
