Popular choices include broken rice with grilled pork chop, larger combination plates, and orders that come with extras like soup on the side. First time ever trying broken rice and it did not disappoint. The line was long to get in but it moved quickly. Be sure to get here at a reasonable time (1.5-2hours, before closing) as it's so popular that it will run out of food! The service and ambience was great. The gigantic portions, flavor and quality of food was on another level. Excited to come back and try more dishes and everything was very affordable and delicious!

The food was beautifully presented with generous portions, though the protein-to-carb ratio felt off - not enough rice to balance the meat. Chả was just plain steamed egg Bì was too mushy. Sườn was lean and nicely grilled with great charcoal flavor. đậu hũ ky arrived piping hot and freshly fried. Cabbage pickles had a nice crunch, paired with fresh sliced cucumbers. We skipped the sauce and soup that came with it. Overall, food quality was below average and leaned sweet. The standout was definitely that smoky charcoal flavor. The space was cramped, overpacked with big tables and chairs with worn pads. It was very smoky and didn't feel sanitary. The front door was wide open, so it was noisy from street traffic and the air quality was poor. Dining there was pretty uncomfortable.

This Com Tam is amazing because they have a BIG Com Tam (broken rice) menu. Me and a friend shared a #20. This restaurant also gave us a little jelly cup for dessert.

Very huge big portion with decent level of Vietnamese standards! For elderly, they could have just split one plate. They also serve with soup on the side to make it less dry! Good price, good size! Seating might be limited during rush hours (morning weekend), so plan ahead of time for your arrival.
