Sign in to reviewI love Complete Care Physicians. I was looking for a local clinic for PCP care, and I finally found it. I'm so glad I decided to enroll as a patient. Dr. Poonum Patel, truly takes the time to listen without rushing, asks thoughtful questions, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt heard, respected, and fully involved in my care, which made a big difference. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being really stood out. Scheduling appointments is simple, and follow-ups are handled promptly and efficiently. The health app is so convenient for refills and questions. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her clinic to anyone looking for high-quality, patient-centered care. It’s reassuring to know you’re in such good hands!
Dr. Patel is a great doctor. Unfortunately the office staff and back office staff are unprofessional. I had an appointment I scheduled and had to reschedule due to medical insurance problem from switching jobs. Instead of rescheduling my appointment and making sure I’m still seen they rather charge a $50 cancellation fee. I explained my situation and that I still intended on being seen in September and they were in no shape or form understanding. After getting off the phone they then tried to charge my card on file 5x back to back within 10 minutes. I then called the back office and spoke to Claudia to get my card information off of the account seeing as I will no longer be using this as my primary care and they refused. You could get into a wreck on the way and they will still charge you $50. Distasteful and not compassionate. This business is definitely more concerned about money then seeing their patients.
Dr Shruja Patel is awesome. My first time meeting her and she made me feel at ease instantly. She was very thorough explained everything she was doing and looking for. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship with Dr Patel.
This is my first appointment with the doctor and this facility. All I can say is I’m 100% satisfied they spent an hour and a half with me discussing everything and making sure anything that I needed I had including refills during the time of the interview with my doctor when I had refills, I couldn’t believe that Walgreens had popped up and said they were being processed. They are sufficient. They are kind very professional. I love my doctor. She’s wonderful. The staff is wonderful. I can’t say enough about going here I just thank God I found them.
I’ve had the chance to meet with all of the doctors and honestly each one of them has been extremely helpful. Dr. Shruja Patel has been my PCP for about 4 years or so and I have zero complaints. Wait times are never long and bloodwork is performed on site. Definitely recommend the office if you are looking for medical care or a pcp.
