This shop is the best around! Most honest and genuine owner and employees! I couldn’t be happier! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Cool Master will get all my work and I highly recommend everyone else take their vehicles here too!
I would give Lynn 10 stars if I could! He is so nice, and HONEST and REASONABLY PRICED!! And he does great work. I've been taking my cars here for 3 years now (that's when we moved to the area) and I trust them 100%. Being a woman, it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but Lynn is the nicest, most genuine guy and business owner. My dad is pretty frugal and works on his own cars (he doesn't work on my car bc he lives in FL) and always complains about mechanics overcharging, but when I showed him a receipt for some recent work he said it was a great price and coming from my dad that means a lot. I highly recommend them. They are always busy because of their good reputation but I have never waited more than a day to have my car looked at. He even helped me out when my car overheated on the road & I called him in a panic. He talked me through it and I was able to get my car home and on to his shop. I will continue to take my cars here and recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest mechanic. And I can't forget to mention that he always calls me before he does the work, he tells me what's wrong, & how much it's going to cost. I've been slapped with a surprise $700 bill in the past so his upfront honesty is much appreciated.
These guys know their stuff. Historically get me in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend them to a friend.
Initially went in to Todd to see why my jeep wouldn't start like it should. I was told by another mechanic that it would be my transmission when it ended up being my battery. I ended up having some engine leaks that needed a bunch of work and the engine pulled out. Todd was sending pictures of my engine throughout the whole process, he was absolutely amazing and very communative the whole time even sending me pictures of my engine and what needed to be replaced. Upon picking up my jeep he went through all the parts with me again (they were laid out on the ground for me to see) I was really nervous finding a new mechanic since I am not from here but now I am assured I have an amazing and honest one! One of his guys even got bored and popped out a big part of a dent I had from running into a pole which made it look so much better!I highly recommend this shop and the team and I will be using them for any future needs for me jeep!
