Corner 99 has a lot going for it. We’ve tried to eat here many times since they opened and we always missed the connection. Finally we made it work! Thank goodness. The atmosphere is cute, the energy is good… and the volume is LOUD. We had two kids across from us screaming like they were auditioning for a horror movie, so conversation was basically optional. Not the restaurant’s fault, but definitely part of the experience. Now the food? Genuinely delicious. My husband ordered the pho and ended up emptying two bowls of chili sauce into it — and it was still on the mild side. Flavorful, yes. Spicy, not so much. If you love heat, you’ll want to BYO fire. I ordered the tofu vermicelli and it was fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, great texture — it just needed a little kick to make it perfect. Same with the spring rolls. Still, I was honestly thrilled to see a full vegetarian section on the menu. As a vegan‑who‑still‑eats‑cheese (cheese‑itarian life), having real options felt like a win. And bonus points: they’ve got a killer local beer selection. Plenty of great choices, and it pairs perfectly with the food. Bottom line: Corner 99 serves great food with thoughtful vegetarian choices and awesome local beers, but if you’re a spice lover, you’ll be doing your own heavy lifting. And maybe bring noise‑canceling headphones just in case the kid choir is performing again.

Food was fresh! pretty quick service coming out with food, and the food tasted great! My only negative thing I would say was a downer, a big let down was the size of the fried egg rolls! those were the skinniest and most tiny size fried egg rolls we ever seen or had eaten lol other than everything was perfect! 🤌👌

We recently visited Corner 99 in Katy Asian Town, and it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment the food hit the table, we knew we had found a new favorite spot. We ordered the beef brisket, fried rice, and the pork vermicelli bowl—and every single dish was incredible. The beef brisket was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fried rice had that perfect balance of texture and seasoning that’s surprisingly hard to find. And the pork vermicelli bowl? Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. Honestly, some of the best we’ve ever had. One of our favorite surprises was seeing Parish Brewing beer on tap. Great food paired with excellent craft beer just made the whole experience even better. If you’re anywhere near Katy Asian Town, do yourself a favor and check out Corner 99. We’ll absolutely be back.

My friends and I visited on a Saturday night and surprisingly, there weren't that many people inside. …

If you know this shopping center, you already know the parking situation is a nightmare. It does not matter if it’s a weekday or weekend, you’re probably circling, waiting, or questioning your life choices. Once you finally commit and get inside though, Corner 99 makes it worth the effort. My son loves this place, which is always a good sign. He got the pot stickers and chicken skewers and was locked in. Kid approved, zero drama. I went with the pho and wings. The wings were amazing, crispy, flavorful, and definitely not an afterthought. Easy to overlook wings here, but they showed up strong. The pho impressed me even more. They did not skimp on the protein at all. Generous portions, good noodles, and a broth that was rich and full of flavor, not watered down or bland. Service was solid and food came out fast even with the place staying busy. Once you’re inside, it’s smooth and relaxed despite the chaos outside. Bottom line, if you’re already dealing with the parking in this center, Corner 99 is a great move. Solid food, kid friendly, and you leave full and happy.
