Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here. The salon itself felt very run down and not particularly clean. There was duct tape holding parts of the nail polish racks together, which contributed to the overall impression that the space was not well maintained. To their credit, the tools did appear to be sanitized, and they used fresh disposable items like the pumice stone and nail file, which I appreciated. During my pedicure, the technician cut my toe pretty significantly and it bled quite a bit. She then applied a liquid product directly onto the cut that burned intensely, without explaining what it was. After that, the pedicure continued very aggressively around the injured area, including applying additional spa products over the cut. I ultimately declined the hot wax treatment that came with the package because I no longer wanted more products applied to the area. I’m now genuinely nervous about developing an infection. I selected the $65 pedicure package and added chrome polish, but my total still came out to $95 after tip. I understand chrome is an additional charge, but I would not have expected it to add that much to the total. Given the injury and the fact that I declined part of the service, I do think some acknowledgment or price adjustment would have been appropriate. Overall, between the condition of the salon, being cut during the service, and the lack of transparency with pricing, I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable.

I've been here twice now and each time it's been amazing! I get a gel manicure and they do a fantastic job. The gel polish is never thick or misshapen. I truly love my nails everytime I get them done here!

$113 for basic gel french tip manicure & pedicure. my toenails & fingernails were already shaped barley had to do any filing before painting. not to mention they really rushed the manicure, my french tips were sloppy. could tell they just wanted to get me in & out.

Always a good experience with these ladies ❤️ Now I just let Jenny choose my nails and I am never disappointed! So I missed a couple of months during a move and was greeted like an old friend. Also came up with an idea that Jenny had never tried before. Ask her if she could do it and she said she would try. Not only did she try she did an amazing job and I have the cutest ladybug nails!

I’ve been going here for years and although their services aren’t perfect, I’ve always found them to be friendly and well priced so I kept going in. However, the last time I was there, I had an unfortunate incident with my dog on my big toe so to fix it I simply asked the lady to put on some gel to even it out a little bit. She then tried to put polish on without putting gel on, and I corrected her saying no that’s not how I want it. I don’t want it all rough and bumpy so she sent me to the chair to get my fill for my nails… keep in mind, my feet already had a pedicure, and my big toe was primed and ready to go, all she had to do was put gel on and even it out like I asked them several times at this point. Another lady prepped my toe nail yet again, even though it just had been done and SHE RIPPED OFF MY TOENAIL, like almost completely off, thinking it was fake when it wasn’t. Obviously. I don’t know about you, but I can tell the difference between real or fake nails, and I don’t even work on them professionally. When I got angry with her about it she acted like I was the problem and made me feel absolutely horrible so now two weeks later I am still dealing with having a ripped off toenail that I’m praying to the gods that it ends up growing back in and staying. I don’t know if it will, but I will never be going back this nail salon for as long as I live. If I could give zero stars I would. So disgusting.
