Crystal Nails & Head Spa

I have been debating for a while about getting a lash lift and tint. I finally booked an appointment at Crystals Nails & Head Spa and I am so happy I did! For starters, the salon is very clean. It’s also on the smaller side so it’s more quaint and doesn’t feel like you’re being rushed in and out of any of the services you receive. The owners are so kind and working hands on there. Linna did my eyelash lift and tint and I am blown away how amazing they turned out! She was so sweet and gentle during the whole process. It’s almost hard to not doze off. When I went to the mall after I literally got stopped and asked who does my false lashes twice. I of course told them they need to go see Linna for a lash lift and tint!

I absolutely love my nails! The ombré design is so smooth and elegant, and the deep red French tips add the perfect touch of sophistication. The delicate floral details and fine gold lines make the whole look feel classy and unique. The shape is beautiful, the finish is glossy and flawless, and the attention to detail is amazing. I’ve received so many compliments already! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chic and elegant nail design.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. First of all they confirmed two of us to come in for a shellac mani/ pedi on Saturday like two weeks ahead of time (I called and scheduled it ahead of time, even got text confirmation saying we are good for that day and time) and when we came for our appointment, they were fully booked and said it’ll be an hour wait so we said we’ll come the next day. It was my friends milestone birthday and it would’ve been nice to have our nails done on the actual day we signed up for. The next day when we came, the tail nech was rushing us to pick a color and giving us attitude for changing the times from earlier in the morning from 11am to 1:30 pm and we called them ahead of time letting them know we’ll be running late so if we could do 1:45pm instead and she was saying how we changed the times, when we’re doing them a favor when they booked themselves after confirming that they can take us the day earlier. So many things went wrong, during the pedicure, the nail tech was digging her nails into my foot and it was uncomfortable and I would not say that was a massage. She also did not massage my legs at all and the “massage” lasted like 3 minutes max. The color I picked, they apparently had very little in the bottle/ it was a weird composition and they also noticed during the nail polish application so a few of my nails were already a different color and in the middle of the nail polish application they asked me to pick another color. The nail tech did not remove the previous nail color and continued to apply the new color I picked and now a few of my toes are slightly different color than the rest of the toes and it’s noticeable. And during the mani, I asked if I can get tips to lengthen my nail and the lady immediately was like no tips. The other nail tech was like show me your group and she wanted to know what the cost on the Groupon was and said it’ll be extra and I said that’s fine I’m willing to pay extra and she asked me for my Groupon voucher to look at the cost and she said for the clear plastic tips it’ll be 40 extra dollars. I told her that’s ridiculous, I don’t understand how for clear plastic tips it’ll be 40 extra dollars when the Groupon price I paid for both MANI AND PEDI was like 45/55 to begin with. Terrible customer service and experience, we will not be coming back. They shouldn’t be on Groupon if they don’t want to especially if they’re going to up charge customers to make up for the lost cost. Never in my life have I been told it’ll be 40 dollars for plastic tips that are probably worth 75 cents. They also made my friend and I wait for an extra 45 mins as they overbooked again and took another customer around the time slot we both were scheduled for manicure.

I was treated terribly. First off, there was only 2 people in the shop & neither knew English & understood anything I said. One woman doing my toes kept getting up to attend to her children prolonging my time here. She had her daughter translating to me. After an hour of waiting she told me she can’t do my nails because she doesn’t speak English. Huh?! I’ve never been denied a service because they can’t speak English. I showed her a picture of French nails & she said she’s not doing my nails. I couldn’t believe it. I honestly felt like it was because of the kids she kept screaming at she had gotten frustrated & took it out on me. 1st time here & terrible experience.

I love coming to Crystal Nails & Spa. They are very professional and super friendly. Everytime I come I feel so loved and welcomed. I love my nails everytime I go! They take their time and are very meticulous. I came in looking to get my nails done and left with a beautiful set of nails and new friends. I got a spa pedicure and designs on my nails because, treat yourself! The picture doesn't do it justice, you have to go in and give them a try yourself ❤️
