Tried Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! The bowl was super flavorful, filling, and packed with different textures. We got two bowls, one with beef and one with pork. My partner’s favorite was the pork, while I really loved the crispy chicken. It was so crispy, flavorful, and definitely my favorite part of the meal! 😋 Another highlight for me was the noodles—they were absolutely delicious. If I could customize my bowl, I’d honestly skip the rice completely and get all noodles instead! 😂 The only thing I wish there was more of is the sauce. It felt like there wasn’t quite enough, and I think a little extra sauce would have made the bowl even better. I really like the whole “bowl” concept, and it’s definitely worth trying. There are so many combinations to choose from, so we’ll definitely be back to try different ones next time. Just one request… more noodles, please! Haha 🤤

I’m really disappointed with my experience. It took 30 minutes just to get my order, and somehow three people who came in after me were served before I was. That alone is frustrating, but what made it worse is that no one seemed to know what was going on. The staff felt completely unorganized and unprofessional. When I finally got my food, all I got was a quick “sorry about the wait,” with zero effort to make it right. At the very least, I feel like they could have offered some kind of upgrade or compensation after that kind of delay. I spent around $15 for a corn dog and a kids bop, which is already a stretch, but to receive that level of service on top of it? Not okay. And to top it off, when I got home, my order wasn’t even correct. I came in expecting a quick stop so I could get back to work, and instead I left behind schedule and frustrated. With only a few people in the restaurant, there’s really no excuse for this kind of experience. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We ordered at the restaurant to go and the food was delicious! We tried the cupbop with a few different meats (katsu chicken and bulgolgi) and variations of spice along with mandoo. Everything was packaged nearly, was easy to transport home, and tasted delicious! The only reason I am removing a star is because we paid extra for a side of kimchi, and discovered it was not there when we arrived home (Note: Yes, I know better, and we should have checked!).
