Cutie Nails & Spa is a nail salon at 4115 S Grand Canyon Dr Ste 101 in Las Vegas, NV 89147. It offers manicure and pedicure services, along with gel polish and acrylic nail work mentioned by customers. With a 4.5-star rating across 112 reviews, the salon has drawn repeat visitors as well as first-time guests looking for nail care in Las Vegas. The available feedback points to a range of experiences, so customers can use the reviews and their own preferences to decide whether the salon is the right fit.
Customers often describe the salon as a place they return to for pedicures and ongoing nail appointments. One couple says it is the only place they trust for pedicures, while another reviewer calls it their go-to salon in Las Vegas and praises Kim’s work. Reviews also mention staff who have remained consistent over many years. For people who value seeing familiar providers, that reported continuity may be a welcome part of the experience. The decor is described by one customer as classy, offering a more polished atmosphere than the typical nail salon they had tried.
First-time guests may appreciate that a reviewer recalls being shown the service menu and having the process explained before a first manicure and pedicure. The same customer says staff checked in throughout the appointment to confirm the result matched expectations. That account suggests the salon can be approachable for someone new to nail services or unsure which option to choose. Customers considering gel polish, acrylics, or a pedicure may want to explain their preferences clearly at the start and confirm the planned service before work begins.
Feedback is not uniformly positive. Some customers report concerns about durability, including gel polish peeling or bubbling, acrylic nails breaking within days, and toenail polish chipping soon after an appointment. Others describe issues with assumptions about existing acrylics, dissatisfaction with the finished look, or difficulty resolving a concern. These differing accounts make it useful to communicate the desired shape, finish, and any existing nail product before service, and to ask about the salon’s policy if a problem arises. Cutie Nails & Spa is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. Check the hours before visiting, especially around holidays, and consider calling to confirm service availability.

The only place my husband and I trust to do our pedicure. I’ve tried many places in the neighborhood and my gel polish always peels off. This place has classy decor that isn’t like the other tacky nail salons. The staff has been consistent for many years and that definitely is a testament to how well the place is run.
Kim was amazing! She always does such a great job on my nails. I love coming to Cutie Nails. It’s the only salon I go to in Las Vegas. 10/10 service.
It was my first time getting manicure and pedicure. They were so nice ! They showed me the menu and explained how will looked . As well, they keep asking in every step if it what was expected Thank you :)
Two of my acrylic nails broke in the middle of my finger within 5 days after being done by them. My toenail polish chipped only 2 days after. I called to let them know so they could fix the problem. After I spent $115 I was given another invoice. The girl in the front and the manger are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a service based business. When I confronted her about her attitude she told me no she doesn’t have an attitude and she isn’t rude. Spoke with the manager and they spoke the same. My $115 service consisted of a pedicure and full set with gel. My acrylic is as thin as the peel and stick press on nails. I have gone a minimum of 3 weeks with acrylic nails. I soak them off after 2 fills. I cannot refill these nails because they will all brake before the appointment. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this place. Look at my images. There is one image where with the thickness of a nail I had to replace somewhere else the next day because they were so mean. I wish I’d gone to the other nail shop first.
It’s okay. I’ve been a few times out of convenience but I’m always disappointed for some reason. They assumed I had acrylics one time and made my nails look so trashy so I had to have them fully remove the work they did and redo it. They didn’t ask me if I had acrylic or not. The gel always bubbled after a day or two.
