Its location on NE Sandy Boulevard and its weekday and Saturday hours may also help customers decide whether an in-person visit fits their schedule. D C Travel is listed as open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. The address is 5820 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97213. These details can be useful when planning a visit for a ticket, visa, or passport question, but customers should verify current hours and requirements directly before making plans. Travel-document rules and application needs can vary, so bring the relevant information and allow time to review any forms carefully.

Customer feedback is limited and mixed. The listing shows a 1.8-star rating based on five reviews. One reviewer describes receiving good service for air tickets, visas, and passports. Other reviewers report concerns about the helpfulness of service and about paperwork for a Vietnam marriage-related matter, including an alleged incorrect date and dissatisfaction with how a complaint and refund request were handled. These are individual customer accounts, not independently verified findings, but they are important context for prospective customers. The small number of reviews also means the rating reflects a limited sample.

If you choose D C Travel for a booking or document service, take a careful, practical approach: ask what is included, clarify the total cost and refund terms before paying, and request a chance to review all paperwork before it is submitted. Check that names, dates, and other personal details are accurate, especially on applications involving visa, passport, or civil-status information. Keep copies of documents and payment records, and ask questions if an entry is unclear. This advice is useful for any travel agency and may help set clear expectations. D C Travel may be worth contacting for its listed ticket and document services, while the available reviews suggest confirming details in writing and assessing whether the service meets your needs before proceeding.
