D'Or Nails & Spa

This was my second time here. I came back because they usually have good quality nails that don't chip, but look at what I asked for versus what I actually got for $85! Honestly, these are the worst nails I’ve ever had. The technician kept insisting that using chrome would fix everything, but it didn't. If a customer shows you inspiration, you shouldn't keep asking them which color to use I’m not the artist, you are! You should know what works. The people and the service are nice, but they don't know anything about design. Think twice before going here!

I had a very disappointing experience at D’or Nails in Irving, TX. The nail tech was rough during my service and actually scratched and hurt my fingers multiple times. On top of that, the polish application was sloppy — there was paint left all over my fingers, and they didn’t properly clean off the excess polish or nail shavings before I left. The overall quality and attention to detail were very poor, especially for a paid service. I expected much better professionalism and care. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Lovely place! Jasmine does my nails & im so glad I found her! I’ve tried 4 other salons since moving to DFW area. Her attention to detail is so important to her and she is helpful with shapes and styles. Spent $75 this appointment. I pre book my appointments with jasmine.

I’m visiting from AZ and needed a manicure stat. I’m a walk in customer and they were incredibly quick, kind, and skilled. I enjoyed a nice drink while I got my nails done and Bambi did amazing with her freestyle! I got builders gel and she respected my desire not to add acrylic despite having a broken nail. It came out amazing and I look forward to my next visit!

I just moved back to Dallas after 26 years away! First nail salon I found, and I won’t be looking for another. Absolutely incredible service and staff! I highly recommend 😊.
