This was my 2nd appointment with Dr. Nguyen at the Methodist Professional Building (Cypress). The facility is really nice and the lobby area very comfortable. Waiting time to see Dr. Nguyen at my appointment time was very minimal. Dr. Nguyen was very polite and professional. All her staff was very courteous and professional. She reviewed my file, prescriptions and all my records thoroughly. As my Primary Care Physician she has provided me with referrals to Methodist Specialist she was comfortable with me seeing. I was very pleased with the appointment with Dr. Nguyen this date. I look forward to a rewarding medical relationship with her taking care of all my Primary Care needs.
The Houston Methodist team is simply amazing. From when you book an appointment until when you go in for your visit you are guided by a team of professional who show CARE for you every step of the way. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Dalena Nugyen for my Annual medical check and she is very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. The doctor made me feel very comfortable and she listened to everything I was saying. I never felt rushed or judged. The facility is excellent and so is the staff. I give it five stars!
I hope she can inform us early to move the appointment since she cannot make it. We were told to go to her clinic in MOB 2 and we were from MOB 2 that moment. I was with my son and my daughter. My son has autism, he can be inpatient for waiting that long with few people around. We were told that they will accept us and then we waited 30 mins or longer. My son kept telling me He is hungry but it’s hard to leave if they will call your name and you are not there. Anyway, to 30-40 mins later the front lady called us and told us to come back in the afternoon. OMG that was so UNPROFESSIONAL of her.. Poor communication. Imagine? We are expecting that she will let us check in because that’s what she said to her staff and we waited 30-40 mins for NOTHING ??
My initial visit,first visit was good. Dr.Nguyen was very attentive, listened to my concerns about the purpose of my visit. Recommended specialist to evaluate my health issues and follow up's to monitor health improvements.
